The mobile pick up was ridiculous and didn't make any sense. I had to go in store to finish the process which took less then 10 minutes.. why did I waste almost 20 minutes on the mobile pick up when I could walk in store and finish my reservation.. upon unbelievable.. I will never do mobile pick up again.. the in store associates which friendly and fast..

Taking advantage of a renters desperation when moving is WRONG & if people knew they would be charged 3x more than they initially paid without specific information from the staff BEFORE they sign the contract there would be no demand for U-Haul services.

This delivery was confusing and upsetting. For a whole week I was told that my UBox was at two different locations by several employees. This made it difficult for the movers to pick up and deliver. Unnecessary stress.

No fault of Uhaul but the roll up door was froze up with ice and snow when I went to open it up at the apartment. Took a bit to chip off enough to get the door to open, all good after that.

The truck was poorly maintained. There were staff not wearing mask. No one went over the operation nor did a tour of the truck with me., noting any previous damage. Although a reservation was done online took over 30 minutes to complete paperwork.

Smooth move with our U-haul. We ended up locking the keys in the truck, after submitting a request to the help line I was contacted shortly after and they sent out people to unlock the vehicle for free. Would recommend!

Over charge!!! The lady didn't give or send my receipt to my email! I have to go back the next day to them to give me a receipt..., and is still a pending $69.57 that the taking more! Just need that money back to the account. Thanks

This is my third rental from this location this year, I have never had any prolems. Everyone always seems to be VERY helpful and nice. I would recommend this location

The website told me truck and equiptment were available at this location. I booked while sitting in the parking lot. When I went in to get keys they told me the equipment was not available. They told me to try other uhaul locations but couldn't tell me which location to go to. Got in truck and it hadn't been cleaned. Literally there were masks and other small items left behind from the last driver. They said they would clean it. They came back out and told me it was good, when I got back in the truck THERE WERE STILL OLD MASKS IN THERE!!! I pointed it out to him and he said oh my bad, took the masks out and said “it's good to go”. Ew!!! It was horrible and I will never be back or ever refer this location. Truck was nasty and damaged and I was still charged for equipment even though they not provide me with it.

The inside of truck storage area should have been swept a bit better.

The two young men that helped me were amazing !! When returning the trailer and blankets, both literally ran to the back of the lot to help me. Nobody runs to help customers. Were I currently hiring, I would hire either/both of the young gentlemen. Well done lads !

Not all employees wore masks - even those who were in contact with customers. I shouldn't have to ask them to wear a mask.

Make your associates wear masks. You had one associate in particular who basically didn't bother wearing a mask. He should be fired. I made him get one when I checked in. When I returned the vehicle, there he was, sitting along the wall without a mask. If I went back there and he was there (without a mask) I would call to have him immediately fired. I think he should be fired nonetheless.

I RETURNED THE TRUCK WITH THE EXACT AMOUNT OF FUEL THAT WAS IN THERE WHEN I PICKED IT UP AND THE CHARGED ME $10.50 FOR FUEL ON MY FINAL RECEIPT, WILL NOT USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN

The girl who handled the original rental in Indianapois was very unprofessional and used profanity (the f word) multiple times. I was very uncomfortable and felt she was racially biased against me because I am white and she is black.

Overall I'm very happy with this U-Haul experience. There was a mixup in that the location I requested was changed and I wasn't notified by phone call or email. (The corporate office said they left me a voicemail on December 18, but I never got one.) However, the representatives I spoke to were polite and helpful, and they immediately made things right by giving me a $50 guarantee to make up for it; and once I got the truck, it was perfectly cleaned and in good order.

Told they had no dollies at time of pick-up-...There was one in the truck-with "throw-up" on the strap.!!!! No-one checked truck with us- Told just go out and check the truck ourselves. Took a picture of fuel level as it was marked incorrectly. Told them when I turned in and offered the picture as proof. Was told there wouldn't be a charge. Drove only 25 miles and got charged for 9.4 gals and $32.90 I put in 2.24 gals to get the fuel marker to exactly the same place as when picked up. Returned to store when bill was sent to my phone-they could'nt process a return , but they sure could charge against my card. Very unhelpful, just call corporate. This store apparently has no processes and or employees just don't care.

The rep was eating her breakfast while assisting customers. The other customer was rented a truck with no passenger mirror. I had to ask the rep to look at the truck with me. The store is filthy and the employees appearance were in a disarray.

The staff at the facility were so helpful. There was a problem with my access card and staff members Stony and Jesus were always available to open the storage room and Stony put in great effort to investigate the problem by reaching out to his boss and then the supervisor above his boss too! So a huge shout out to the staff for being helpful. Monet was the agent who helped us secure the storage room and she was friendly and quick to get the room assigned so we could start moving in. The hallways are very well lit and there was even a cart we could use to move things into our storage unit. However the light in the storage room we rented was burnt out.
