When I reserved my storage I was told my furniture would fit up to 3 rooms but the space was small when I arrived and I had to get another one...Overall the Customer service was great..

I was disappointed when I reserved my storage and I was told that my furniture would fit a 2/3 home but when arrived it was to small for me so I had to purchase another one. The customer service was great Michoud.

Cancelled my initial location reservation (Tulane avenue New Orleans) within 24 hours of pickup time. This has major implications with my scheduled move. Being asked to pickup a rental 55 minutes away is unreasonable and falls well short of customer satisfaction expectations. Ultimate solution was a pickup about 25 minutes, better but not optimal, especially considering I was told I would be responsible for the extra gas. Truck was not very clean - old receipts and smelled like cigarette smoke (not sure you can do much about the latter). The gentleman at the 2nd location was very helpful and respectful.

We were schedule to pick up the Uhaul in Harvey. Michoud Blvd pickup was more expensive in the end. We had to pick it up a night earlier than we planned due to how far out of the way it was for us. That is not Michoud's fault, that is poor logistics on U-haul. U-haul should have done more in compensating for the mistake on their end.

When I pumped my gas to return it back it came out the fuel line n went all over my feet and shoes I brought it back and told the guy hey looked under the truck and said I see the problem we won't charge you fa the gas what about my health and safety I cud have died or killed someone else driving that truck with a corrupt fuel line then I was over charged for my mileage I took a picture of the Mileage when I first got in the truck when I returned to drop it of I mentioned to him that the miles on my paperwork is not the milage that was in the truck he said I'll fix it to get an alert from my bank saying I was charged 68$ and some change for a 19.95$ uhaul I only drove from the uhaul place to the service road on bullard loaded the truck dropped off my stuff at 2 oaks apartments which is 5 blocks off of Alcee Fortier and Chef right back down the street to michoud Blvd and Chef da uhaul place is 3 blocks off chef on michoud Blvd right down the street from where i dropped off my load in beyond mad and I should sue you guys especially behind the fuel goin all over me I have witnesses of wat happened to me at da gas station it's even on camera because I had to tell the clerk in the gas station that there was a large amount of gas on da ground because the uhaul truck fuel line is busted

Customer rep was very good and doing the best he could. BUT you had one employee running the entire Center. Very long wait time for people coming in. My pickup location was switched to this location at last minute which was 25 miles from my requested location. Not a good area of town literally on the “other side of the track”

The best experience I ever had , last minute emergency I needed a flat trailer and found one at this location , the attendant was really professional and made sure the equipment was in good condition, he hooked up to my truck , lube the ratchet mechanism, confirmed everything was properly secured and working before I left . At the return he asked me if everything worked as expected which it did and unhooked from my truck after we both verified everything was in the same condition I got it. The whole process was super smooth . Definitely will use this location again. A1 service

Train your female staff to be polite. Split payments between credit cards and cash or two credit cards. If a contract has to be canceled thru no fault of the customer then give that customer their money on the spot or back on his/her card on the spot. No 3 to 6 day wait. My experience was horrible. Hire people that can work with people and Train Train Train

The air conditioning is not working and the service person did not tell me that uhaul has after hour drop off. It's cost me more than 70 dollars just because of your Bad customer service.

I asked manager Tate, New Orleans-Michoud, to change my destination from Corpus Christi, TX to Victoria, TX. He replied, couldn't because the contract was out of his system. He told me to call scheduling. Before I left the property I phoned scheduling. I asked the lady to change my destination. She said she could not and told me to ask Tate; she said he was the only one who can change it. I told her I asked him and Tate said he could not change it. She said the only other way was at the destination. Hours later I phoned scheduler again to change my destination. The rep said they could not and said the Tate should have changed it before I left the property. I arrived to Victoria and phoned Corpus Christi to change the destination. She explained that she could not and tried anyway. She said the manager Tate should have changed the destination. I phoned Victoria to ask if I could return the trailer to them. I explained what happened and he took my info and hung up to call someone within U-haul for help in assisting me. I phoned corporate 3 times because the 1st and 2nd reps hung up intentionally when I mentioned Tate. The 3rd rep was able to assist me and stated Tate should have changed my destination. I don't understand why Tate handled me in that way. I am a nice respectable man. I am not rude. I am a loyal U-haul customer. I didn't deserve to be treated this way. I paid $20 more and the distance was less miles to Victoria than Corpus Christi. Please fix the overage of which I was charged.

Thank you for asking I would recommend giving the gentleman who serviced me a pay raise he went beyond his duties to the company his genuinely cared and made sure I had everything I needed to make my moving day run smoothly.
