The manager was horrible rude to me because I can't wear a face mask. He shamed me in front of other customers. Took out disinfectant wipes and scrubbed down my CC. His snide comments and overall condescending attitude was horrible.

I was told at the pickup location that I could return the trailer to any u haul location at my destination. This turned out to be untrue. The El JoBean location refused to accept the trailer and I was told to go to the Placida location.

App location confirmation would not work, which we do have on all the time on our phones.

I popped in to rent a trailer for a day. The rental process took 20-30 minutes and that was before we went o hook up the trailer. I have rented from this location many times over the years. It would be nice if uHaul's system could keep my info to speed up the rental process. I would guess the entire process took 45-50 minutes. Way too long!

Nothing - they move my cargo van rental over to where I would have to park my car so I would not have to walk back to get it because I was in alot of pain with my knee and was having troubles walking. I appreciated the nice lady at the counter and the nice gentleman that brought me the keys and parked the van for me. This was a great customer service experience with both of those individuals. They ROCK!!

We were overcharged by $63 for renting a pickup truck for 1 hour. We drove a total of 22 miles, and was charged $43 for fuel, even though the gas meter didn't move. The other $20 came from "Overnight Key Dropoff," even though the employee who helped us told us that they would not charge us the overnight key drop off. Very frustrating; this is no way to do business. I expect some sort of action to be taken here. My email is Trevor@trevorsandidge.com

The 800 number I called numerous times (after being on hold 5-10 minutes) gave me inaccurate information on my pickup locations. PS loose the 800 number and contact pick up locations directly.

Leaving a customer sitting along the interstate for 5 hours with a blown trailer tire is unacceptable. The staff at the pick up location were awesome, but roadside assistance and “corporate” leave a lot to be desired.

When I called in I was quoted a price of 20.00 but when I got there, there were other charges that I wasn't told about so ended being 43.00. I would suggest telling about the extra charges. The workers were very nice.

There were a lot of customers that day. It took awhile to get my rental. They could have used another employee. The one that helped me was ok. He just couldn't do everything himself without making customers wait for a long time.

Overall a great experience. However, a couple of items that would have made the experience excellent: no email was received of the name of drop off location in Wayne (I had to google it to find it), the main issue on my last 2 visits, NO masks were worn indoors by staff (I wore mine to keep them safe I wish they had worn them for my sake, as it is mandated in Douglas county).

The UHAUL we rented was completely full of moving blankets, A LOT of them! So, making sure that the associate who is doing the checklist with customers opens the actual back to make sure the back is clear and ready for use.. we had to take all those blankets out set them inside the garage and then pack them all back in when it was time to return the truck.

Neither of the two employees was wearing a mask, especially the one at the counter doing the transaction. Omaha has a mask mandate. Also 3 of four customers were not wearing masks in the store and no sign stating the requirements per the mandate was posted.

The u haul app needed a little TLC. I couldn't load my location manually. The app wouldn't find my location. Location services was turned on but it wouldn't locate me and had no option to load my location manually. This would've saved all of the hassle.

Manager forces you to fold moving blankets. Does this mean they’re not cleaned prior to reuse. Was I rented dirty blankets? It wasn’t part of contract to my knowledge to refold them.
