Male employee lacked customer service skills. He was unwelcoming and unfriendly. While returning the vehicle he didn't give me the opportunity to mention that I used less miles than I paid for and completed my checkout. When I brought up the issue to a different employee, the first employee had moved onto another customer and it was clear it would be atleast several minutes and much more hassle than the refund amount was worth, so I chose to walk out, leaving irritated and unhappy with my experience. I will definitely not go back to the millard location

very poor customer service not only from the service clerk but from manager that not only did at the location getting the address from a driverse license tells me on my face that it may have been my fault but then goes to say there is nothing i can do you can call the 1800 number and yell at them i was not even yelling but very dissapointed. i have rent from this location before but i can firml say would not rent or recomend this location again. although after i call the 1800 number and i got tranfer 3 time i spend more than 1hrs. on the phone trying to fix the mess they have put me into. the persons answering the phone were very helpful and willing to help so thank you for that

The manager/desk clerk did a really great job. The only thing that could have made the experience better would have been if he had had some help. He was quite swamped being by himself, but did an excellent job in spite of it. He was courteous and helpful. The facility was very clean and nicely arranged. I would be a repeat customer.

I didn’t try the horn before I left. Not needed until after I was loaded and on my way out of town. Did not work at all. Also had error message which blocked the mileage display. Called roadside service. The fix they gave me did not fix. Said it was a security error and should not affect the vehicle. Very inconvenient. No other ten foot truck readily available.
