This has been my goto location for truck or trailer rentals. Centrally located, great service everytime, and easy process. Try using the mobile checkin, it makes getting the rental even quickerGEOFFREY O.
Overall I had a good experience, but a few things concerned me. First, I was told there was half a tank of gas in the vehicle when I picked it up. I took a pic of the gauges because there was actually less than half a tank. The same photo shows beginning mileage, which did not match my receipt. I was overcharged for miles. The rate I paid was also more than what I was quoted. .89 per mile instead of.79. I returned the vehicle with more than half a tank to ensure I wouldn't be charged. I paid for gas I didn't use. This quick rental was more expensive than it should have been as these small things added up. I will rent here again as the transactions were easy and the employees were nice, but I will scrutinize the details more closely next time.Angela F.

The guy who helped me in the morning ( I think he was Brad? The manager ( not sure) ) was very nice and kind, the kid who was there when I dropped the truck off to at 3:30 was rude and look like he literally rolled out of bed, no personality not friendly, you can tell he defdoesnt like his job, RUDE!!! I asked a simple question, I said the truck was at half a tank when I got, did I only need to fill it back to half a tank? He played with his hair and rudely said yea, I guess then said well did you pick it up from this location, i said yesâ€¦ that was it rude as can beâ€¦.JENNIFER G.

The self check out process is cumbersome and frustrating. The user experience of that left me never wanting to rent a UHaul again. I understand needing to verify drivers but do it ahead of time, prep drivers for it, etc. Having to stand in the cold while waiting for my family to answer an unidentified user was ridiculous.Jeremy R.

First of all, MORGAN was amazing. Just had to get that out there first. She delivered and picked up the boxes the first time and the second time - and that time we were at the top of a very steep hill. She's a master of those forklifts! And a friendly face during stressful moves! So you probably need another 20 like her. :-) As far as improvements, our goods arrived in good condition - aside from several dozen stink bugs that had made the boxes their home. That said, it is difficult to do things on your website. Was far easier to call to make changes to schedules, etc. Also, I originally ordered some shrink wrap to help with our initial packing - I paid for it up front on the website along with some other stuff, but never received any of it. Wasn't in the pods and didn't arrive in any other way.Michael G.
When I called on Friday the total cost was around 236 then when I went to the place to pick it up the price went up 30 dollars in one day for some reason. And if I was going to pay in cash the cost was going to be over 300 dollars which makes zero senseBRIAN M.

Super friendly customer service. I rented a 4X7 trailer for moving a 42 inch riding mower. It turns out that the inside dimension of these trailer are just a little over 3 feet. I returned the trailer for a larger one. I fully expected to have to pay for two rentals, or at least the price difference. They exchanged the trailer at no extra cost.Russell H.

Dan the manager and the young lady that works there were great. However the truck cab was dirty and you could hardly see out the windshield for all the bugs. The two young men who were working when I picked up the auto transport told me they could not put the jeep on the trailer that it needed to be done by a manager. They sent me to the Stoney Brook location and a very young man and a young women (neither a manager) said they would take care of me which they did. It was raining quite hard and I think the first two young men just did not want to get wet loading the Jeep. Not customer responsive on their part but excellent customer care by the other two young folks. Dan the manager went out of his way to take care of my needs. He was great. I drove in some rain and the truck leaked in Mom's Attic and down on the floor (passenger side). 8 boxes were soaked and one wardrobe. We got a lot of personal records and property damaged because of the water leakage. I told the folks at the drop off location. Dan the manager gets a 5 star but his two male employees get a one star.DONALD L.

The man who checked us alerted us about the hazard of the straps not being fastened correctly to the tires. We had no transport issues and made it to the location safely, but that had not been explained at the LR location and so this went unchecked at gas fill ups.Phyllis V.
The turn signals in the truck did nothing turn off by themselves. Big safety problem. Their is no â€œDingâ€ if the keys are in the ignition, locked them in and had to call aAAA since you try to screw people with a &175.00 charge, even after I bought the insurance.JOHN P.

Very poor customer service. I accidentally left my sunglasses in the truck. I called at 7:12 am next morning to inquire about my glasses. Talked with 2 people who were both extremely rude. I was told the truck went out already and that I would have to call another day. They did not offer to take my contact information or to even try to check the truck when it came back in.
