Understaffed with excessive time to pick up the equipment. When I finally received the keys, I was asked if I was ok to back it out of the spot, but was never told where it was located. 45 minutes for a reserved truck is not acceptable. In addition, the fuel was not full and I was told it was "close to 7/8, but we'll call it 3/4 full" of which I put a little over 3/4 tank...was charged for fuel. I tried to call Customer Service and was bounced to another person of which I tried to call again and gave up - pathetic! Needless to say, I will be sharing this experience with others many times over and will be surprised if I ever rent from Uhaul again. Great customer service, the door did extend back to far which was a pain when you are trying to move so we had to drive back for them to fix the door, little irritating when you have alot to do but the guy said it happens and fixed it and we were on our way. The employees were nice and efficient. I was a little frustrated that I put in $20 worth of gas (for 40 miles of use) in the truck yet the gas gauge still showed below where I picked it up. I think the gauge was broken. The $19.95 rental ended up being more like $60 after gas, mileage and taxes. Wish that was more upfront. But still appreciated being able to rent the truck quickly and get my task done. Pick up and drop off were very quick and efficient. Even with my quibbles, would still rent again if needed.PAULA S.

I was overcharged a lot. I drove 16 miles total and added 3.5 gallons of fuel before returning it. They charged almost 50.00 and added 5 gallons. There is no way I used 9.5 gallons in 16 miles. We are trying to talk to someone on line to correct it. We have waited 15 minutes on hold and it says it will be 45 minutes for your mistake. Not happy.WAYNE W.

They didn't have the truck I ordered so I had to use a bigger truck, it was unable to maneuver in my complex lot so we had to carry things twice as far. The maintenance light was on on the truck, the brakes were squeaking. Very disappointed this time, as I have utilized your service before, also I couldn't leave my vehicle on the lot overnight and it got damaged because I had to park on the side street.TIMOTHY K.

I had my location for pick up switched 3 times. I have a hard time understanding how I started the pickup in Elkhorn and picked up in Millard.Duane S.
I tried calling two different times to have no one ever pick the phone up after 30 minutes end up having to go to the location to talk to them. I told the gentleman about the brakes not working well and emergency brake not working and how it was a very very rough ride. I was charged for the use of the dolly which I didn't use I have my own and it was already missing the clip when I got it is one of the reasons I tried calling after doing self service pick up. I was just not happy with the truck rental at all. Plus 99 a mile that is ridiculous ðŸ™„TAMMY C.
You really need to update your pricing or change it altogether. Advertising $99.95 in town and then charging $89 really makes for an angry customer. I realize that I did drive it at $.99 per mile, but you really need to change that. Lots of people are poor when moving.Daniel P.

If a good Samar had not gotten my attention driving through Topeka with a trailer attached to my vehicle that was too heavy for my vehicle empty, the shredding tire that blew completely when I pulled over due leaf spring shattering because of LOOSE AXEL, I am pretty sure I would have been dead. Do NOT USE UHAUL MILLARD LOCATION I have property in a uhaul storage in Topeka due to downsizing trailer for safety. Movers broke vanity and wooden caster on 200-year-old dresser transferring from trailer to trailer...hired per roadside assistance policy I purchased. STAY AWAY FROM UHAUL!NICOLE B.

Rented a truck for December 14th @1:30 pm, Returned the next day at 7:00pm. I had my child with me and was unable to drop off at the 1:30 time so I had to wait for my boyfriend to help me drive cause I was unable to drive both vehicles. I went online and saw that I was charged for a second day and then charged twice for my rental causing my account to get charged and over draft fee. Called customer service, they linked me to a manager. Manager called me was being very rude and aggressive, said it wasn't his problem that I had no way of transporting with a baby in the cold so he will continue charging me for an extra day: Even tho I told him about my situation, he seemed careless. I also wasn't made aware of the online return app. Highly upset with the professionalism and customer service displayed at this location; I will not be renting from this location again.nyadoar G.
