Arrived at 0810 for reserved pickup of a cargo van however only one person at counter and 5 in line. A second person arrived to help process renters at about 0830. More staff needed to man counters.

The equipment return procedures needs to be monitored more efficiently. I returned my equipment and the employee said he will input the return and I can go ahead and leave. I received an email a little over an hour later stating I haven’t returned my equipment that I rented. I called Uhaul and I was on the phone with 3 different people as they were trying to figure it out. I kept being told that they were probably too busy and just forgot to input my return in the system. That is poor service. There should be some type of receipt that people should sign stating they returned the equipment.

For customers completely using the online "self-service" pickup, there needs to be a clearer, more streamlined process. I had everything ready to go, but no one informed me I didn't have to wait in line inside to get my key. I spoke to an employee outside and he said "Go in and grab the key." He never said to just walk up and cut everyone to get a key.

My unit experienced a water leak I was told nothing was damaged but my items were not in the original boxes in a new unit which was difficult for me to access being disabled. A rat had been in my stuf

in over 11yrs, I never had an single incident or issue with my storage space. Any minor billing issues (my fault, exp CC) we resolved immediately without and fuss whatsoever.

Cleared out storage unit and did not receive a prorated discount for moving out in the middle of the month. Paid for a full month until August 3rd and moved out on July 15th. Just disappointed.
