When I was dropping my stuff off I was planning on not ever going with you for my whole experience as far as picking up the vehicle when I was in state and dealing with the customer service from people hanging up on me when I am trying to explain a situation. But the moment I walked in this facility so it is clear it is located on 950 W mission Ave. They were amazing from jump street. The lady at the front desk helped me out and knew what she was talking about When I could not find my key the guy helped out as well and what was really impressive the manager listen to my story and jumped right in to help out. This team is what customer service is about. I have been to your other facilities and those other ones should learn off the staff here. They are the ones that single handed kept me as a U-Haul customer. I know I am one person and one person leaving does not do damage to U-Haul but this team did not make me feel that way. Thank you 950 W mission Ave again for your amazing service
