Staffing is ridiculous and waited outside for almost 45 minutes to return equipment. Was told by female employee that she would be with us numerous times but kept going to get equipment for other customers. Seemed as though it was more important to take care of clients that were spending money at the moment versus customers that had already spent almost $1,000.

Not long after leaving this location the emergency brake on the car trailer popped up. It left me stranded on the side of the road for four hours. That is not the worst part. I was then lied to intentionally by customer service, rude customer service, and then told the wrong information by another friendlier agent. Check the tapes Uhaul. I then had to pay a hundred dollars for a hotel that I wasn't planning on getting due to the delay. Uhaul, we are not friends.

They were very rude, and told me that I need to pay out of pocket for something i didn’t do to the U-Haul. They had pictures but they wasn’t at an angle that you can see where the U-Haul was damaged. The employee was unprofessional and didn’t want me to rent out the U-Haul early in the morning, saying they didn’t have any U-Hauls, but I reserved one still by going online. Worst first experience ever renting from any place.

The van I got was an older model. It ran well, I have no complaints with that. It's just that there was an odor that I feel should have been eliminated. Otherwise, the customer service was top notch!

The truck I rented smelled like cigarette smoke. The people at the Dothan office were friendly and helpful and this was on overall good experience. The major complaint is the long wait when you initially call a Uhaul. I was on hold forever each time I called.

We had a small glitch, We had told them for the whole weekend. Someone dropped the ball.We need to turn it in my 9:10 the next morning, it was packed to the gills. No way two older seniors with medcial disabilits was going to be able to help two other disabled people, unload it. We were all tired and sore from just loading it. Once again I got hold of your company, I talked with four of your reps. Each one a little higher up, each was very polite and passed me along to the next. The fourth lady was very cheerful and happy, it put my spirits back in a better mood. She looked over our contract and fixed everything, she said they were mistaken and sent be a confirmation number. All in all in was a good experience. We have used U Haul before and I'm sure will again.

There was glass on my truck and trash. They did not provide my dolly and said I didn’t make the reservation for one when I did. Then the guy told me it was on there got home and the dolly was not there. Worst experience ever so then they give me and extra day and when I get to the town I am moving I am supposed to pick up a dolly was I able to yea once I paid for it. After the lady done said there would be no charge. I NEVER refer uhaul to ANYONE

I had a trailer reserved for 10 am, I was there but the trailer was not! I waited for 2 Hrs. & took a smaller one. Told them I could not wait any longer. I know it was not their fault, but that's just poor business!

Made reservation online ahead of time but location only had half of blankets I needed. Online order also added/charged me for $178 of "supplies" I did not want nor need nor pickup. Local operator failed to reverse charge as he claimed he would. Also didn't update order to reflect blanket shortage, making it look like I lost or stole 18 blankets.

Mr. Javion is a hard worker, but he needs help in the early mornings . He was running around, doing everything himself so he did not have time to provide proper customer service he would be able to offer if he had additional help.

Only complaint I have is I ordered an appliance Dolly and regular dolly and pads. Was called day before to confirm appt and never was told they wouldn’t have them. I made reservation a month in advance. It would have been good to know so I could have made arrangements to have those things.

i rented a truck and trailer sat nobody did a full check of lights i noticed every thing was working turn signals brake lights nobody checked taillights on trailer they were closed early sunday moring as storm with tornado warning blew throgh so after i took the truck and trailer back around 12 pm i told them about taillights ricky who delivered the trailer said lights were in sequence but there were no tail lights another worker tore into the fuse ox on the truck pulled a fuse they didnt have one if that was problem it truck was not available for use when i picked it up they refunded 62.95 trck rental but not 61.00 trailer rental i dont know there intentions as it stands that is the way it is be sure to check every thing while you are at pickup

Took 10 hours from drop off to pick up. charged extra for labor as someone could not install a harness in one hour., they did a fire hazard wiring job running wire tightly on sharp metal edges, which leads to electrical short. Did not even avoid the exhaust. Then failed to attach the hot lead on the terminal, slid it under one edge of the terminal nut. Seats were laid back and the car smelt of alcohol. You tell me whats going on?

There is lack of communication from the staff. Call backs when a customer has a question about their reservation before charging the credit card on file. Under no circumstances should a card be charged when a question has not been answered and the return time has not expired. Unprofessional and lack of job knowledge is exactly what I experienced

The agent Tabitha Ross, told me I would be reimbursed for mileage not used when I added miles. When I got to my final destination the uhaul agent told me they do not give reimbursement for mileage. I was given false information and it’s just an added stress on top of the stresses of moving. Not a happy customer .

From my experience with the U-Haul store on the Montgomery Highway in Dothan, Alabama. The two young women/ladies should be looked at for the corporate training office. Their attitude and personality was excellent. Could not have ask for better service at the beginning and end of my rental days. Their technical and people skills were in my judgement were well above the norm. I believe the U-Haul organization owes these two employees a big hug and a cold glass of tea. Regards, Jim N.

I reserved a 6x12 open trailer w/ramp. When I got to the pick up location the trailer was not there. It had not been returned from the previous renter. The sales associate that handled my rental got me into a 15’ box truck instead and at no charge! I will definitely be using this location again for my next Uhaul rental.

Renting was was straight forward. Van was a gas guzzler. Mileage charge seemed really high. Has very limited parking, and when I was forced to park in one of the company spaces to rent van, the attendant, a female, was very rude and told me to move my vehicle.

Told gentleman what I was using it for. Told him the trailer he hooked up to my truck looked to small for a 450 4wheeler. He said it was what I needed BUT when I drove an hr to pick up the 4 wheeler found out it was too small! Called customer service and the lady was rude and told me I would have to drive all the way back to exchange it!! But the Lord blessed me with an amazing person where I was at the Southern Truck Outftters who rent uhaul! They exchanged it for me and returned the other to its place of origin!

The first time they booked me in a different state for a pickup I got there and got the truck there was no ramp when I went back to see if I could trade it there was one man and probably 20 people waiting in line...all I wanted to do was spend some more money and get a bigger truck and I would have had to wait over an hour easy.... I will never use U-Haul again
