My biggest issue was the reserving the truck. I reserved it over a week before pickup date for a location very close to my needed spot. But with YOUR scheduling there was not a truck available without having to drive additional 60 miles to pickup. Very unacceptable. That WAS WHY I RESERVED so early to give U-HAUL time to have a truck available WHERE I needed it. I will NEVER use U-HAUL without talking to the person that runs where I want to pickup.

The manager was very rude. He did not explain anything to me. He didn't have answers to my questions. When he drove the truck out, he just left the truck running and walked off. The tow for my car equipment was tattered and torn. It was scary to use.

The equipment i rented was NOT there after driving 200 miles to pick it up and getting a phone, text and email CONFIRMATION. I was basically SOL. Mgr said the equipment was not returned by the last customer. And how is this my fault?? Yall suck!! No way to operate a business.

I felt like the person that served me tried to take advantage of me. When he handed me my receipt it said 4:00pm was the time to return by as he put 4:00 as the pick up time. I told him I came early enough to pick up my truck in time and that it was 4:51 and a lot closer to 5 than 4. This was not customer friendly and after some convincing he claims to have put a note in the system that said he made it 5:00. There was nothing I noted on the paperwork he gave me. This was shady

The first time I showed up the wiring in my car wasnt working. They helped me diagnose the problem and cancelled that rental. I fixed the problem and pickedup the trailer a week later with anew reservation. I always use this place to get my trailers because they are very helpful.

Fire Kristina and hire someone more competent and knowledgeable at the desk job. Kristina, nor anyone else at U-Haul, told me in advance that the moving blankets were not available. Only until I got to the store was I notified they did not have any. Then Kristina asks if I wanted the insurance to which I replied no. She then proceeds to charge me for it and told me in order for her to fix it she would have to redo everything she charged me for minus the insurance which would double the charges on my card. She tells me that when I get to my destination to tell them to remove the insurance their when returning the U-HAUL. I do so and the lady at the destination location in Orlando said the location I rented from would have to do it or to call the 1-800 number. So I called the 1-800 number who told us we would have to talk to the general manager of the store we originally rented from. We called that store and spoke with Kristina again who gave us the "general managers" number. Once we called the number provided it turns out that she gave us the tracking destination or something along those lines. We then had to explain again what happened to those people. The tracking people said that credit card processing department would call us back and not to our surprise I have not been called back yet. Bottom line my overall experience was the worst I have ever experienced. We literally did exactly what we were told to do and can't find anyone who knows their jobs well enough to get us to the right people.

The employees were very rude. The woman counting down her drawer went to get another employee to return my uhaul. She went to him three times. On the third time, she cussed at him saying that if he wanted to spend an hour on company time getting a “damn” drink that she would deduct that hour off “fucking” his pay. He yelled back saying he could do whatever the hell he wanted to. She left while I was still waiting. Finally he came in and said she could’ve just emailed me the receipt. He checked out the uhaul and I asked if there was anything else that I needed to do or sign before I left. He said i could hangout if I wanted a receipt. I got my receipt and said thank you. He completely ignored me.

So very disappointed with this company and will never use them again, although we've used their services every single time we make a move! We were charged for TWO days of service even though we used the uhaul for ONE day. We were also charged twice for protective blankets, however we did NOT rent those out nor were there any on the truck! Our total for an IN-TOWN move was $254! In addition to that our initial charge that was held was never released to us! It has been pending since 9-23-2018! We will never use your services again. Awful experience.

1) Poorly staffed. During busy morning hours on the weekend, you would expect more than one associate to be able to assist customers. Very frustrating having to wait 1 hr on a reservation. Hire additional staff during periods of increased demand. 2) My reservation was rented out to another person. Because of this, I had to rent ANOTHER trailer on ANOTHER day (because the 5x8 I was given was not large enough to accommodate all my belongings. What should have been $30 and 12 hours to move took $65 and 24 hrs ( 2 days to move). This does not include gas and time. 3) I am disappointed with the overall service experience. This was no fault of any specific employee; however, I am surprised I was not offered a discount (less a full refund) for renting out MY reservation when it wasn't my error to begin with.

We were on our way to FL pulling a trailer when the axle broke. We had to get a "special" tow for the trailer to the closest RV repair shop 20 miles outside of Dothan. We needed a trailer to go the rest of the way to FL, so we called U-Haul. The lady at their call center told us what was available, gave us directions to their nearest location & we booked it with her there on the highway. Once at Dothan U-Haul, they already had our information & the man at the counter was kind & helpful. It could not have worked out better (other than not breaking an axle). Thanks U-Haul.
