Professional customer service is a wonderful tool to have especially whenever the world is in a pandemic however whenever you have GMs over your stores like the one that I bumped heads with while there was a lobby full of people there, I will not reccomend anyone to go there and get talked to in that manner and I also feel sorry for the young lady that was trying to help me and she told her to stop talking and get back behind the counter. The public needs your help just like your business needs the public but if she continues to run that store it won't be the pandemic fault for loss of business.
