Again the employees were nice and I don't hold them responsible for errors. I was very annoyed that I had to pay for extra mileage (I feel that should have been given to me) I was told I would be getting that back because the extra miles weren't used so I will check in a few days to see if that is true. Still I will not recommend uhaul to any of my friends or family and I have voiced my experience with uhaul to them. The cab of the uhaul smelled like old, stale body odor and the back was infested with German roaches and water bugs. Basically unusable. Terrible experience. Will not use Uhaul ever again.Walter V.

There are roaches everywhere in the storage units, my air controlled storage room has a window with broken glass and a beam running right across it and I had to pay the full amount for half the space I got. The door is very feeble so it can be easily broken but gets stuck when I try to open it. Brianna was rude and disrespectful. They didn't have the correct amount of furniture pads I preorder/reserved and the furniture dolly. When I ask about them, Brianna said, â€œWe don't have control of these items, so you get what we have; deal with it.â€ She was short with me and had a smart-aleck remark for every question. When I asked to speak with the manager, she said she wasn't here and that she was the assistant manager. U-Haul needs to demote her and retrain her in basic customer service, and she severely lacks in it . DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! Professional customer service is a wonderful tool to have especially whenever the world is in a pandemic however whenever you have GMs over your stores like the one that I bumped heads with while there was a lobby full of people there, I will not reccomend anyone to go there and get talked to in that manner and I also feel sorry for the young lady that was trying to help me and she told her to stop talking and get back behind the counter. The public needs your help just like your business needs the public but if she continues to run that store it won't be the pandemic fault for loss of business. Called several times to get in touch with them and each time I called I stayed on hold 30 to 40 minutes every time. Called in July when I moved out my storage to cancel so I continued to get letters about property lien finally I talked with someone on August 23, to cancel the storage because the person that I talked to didn’t cancel it like she said. I was assigned a unit on the second floor. There is no elevator, so I had to carry every item up a flight of stairs, and when I move out, my things will be carried down the flight of stairs. The trolleys are useless if the customer has to unpack them to get their belongings upstairs to their unit. My advice would be to install an elevator.Casey R. | First Impressions

It’s pricey for a 10 x 10 metal shed. I was on a list for a better climate control. I paid the high price monthly bill and 2 days later the other storage called and told me they had my unit ready. I called u haul to see if they could prorate and give me a refund on the rest. They said no. I lost that money. Everyone I have talked to said they would prorate ... and every time you go there you have to wait to pay your bill. All my previous experiences with all U-Haul locations have been excellent. This particular experience was not. Tabitha was exceptionally difficult to work with. Our family had some hiccups during our move and she was all but accommodating. However, the ending result worked out for us and we did get what we needed. I would highly recommend using U-Haul for all your storage and moving needs. I would just recommend choosing a different location to avoid any inconveniences.Matthew R. | Overall Experience
