Jorge Castillo provided us excellent service and was very courteous. He explained all the terms of the rental contract and showed us all the important features of the truck. The gas was filled to full tank and the truck was ready to go when he stepped out of the office. Overall, a very pleasant renting experience.

Manuel G.The engine light was on. It was explained to me when I turned in the vehicle that it was a sensor and nothing was wrong with the engine. This should be explained during the beginning of rental to ease customer's mind. Also, the brakes need work. My son would not let me drive it for this reason. He is an over the road trucker so I was not worried about him taking over my driving. Otherwise, the rental check out and check in was quick and easy. The employees are very friendly.

RICK H.I reserved (on-line) a truck, a utility dolly and a furniture dolly. The reservation was made two weeks prior to my move. The morning I arrived I was told they didn't have my furniture dolly, but a different location did. Not a huge deal, but I had to drive to the other location and wait almost 45 minutes to rent a furniture dolly. Of course, the return involved me having to stop at two different locations as well. Seems to me someone might have let me know ahead of time that the equipment I reserved wasn't available in one location.

The facility may be slightly understaffed because one was left to wait in the office alone for a period of time while staff attended to duties elsewhere. But love the box take a box leave a box idea and also the recycle items area where one can acquire items or leave unwanted items. Both are helpful. I really do like the dolly’s that are available at the facility for unloading or loading. And the office has sooooo many useful moving items all available in one place. Love that convenience.

Ben kept his head down on the cell phone. The older guy came w the lock from around back even though a lock was right by Ben's desk. I had to wait and wait like it's the Valley and no one cares, and they don't blink at answering the phone. It just rings. No visible hustle. The one thing good i can say, is that it seemed he provided two units side by side combined into one price and gave me that 1st month free. Otherwise it's have been a below average experience for sure.
