Worst customer service I have dealt with spoke with 3 different people. Got the run around 3 different places and finally the last guy at the last place had the nerve to tell me that I was lucky he had a truck for me and that I should count my self lucky as apparently he did his best to give me “customer service” truck was dirty. Filled with a quarter tank of gas.

RUSSELL DAs a former truck driver I wanted to see the actual fluid levels and I was not familiar with U-Hauls work station to test tire pressure and to check fluids, and Michelle got her hands dirty to show me all fluid levels that were in good standing except the windshield wiper fluid which again Michelle got her hands dirty to get the fluid level to its proper measurement and she checked every tire with the gauge to show proper pressure for a long 1300 mile trip that was a great journey by the way and the truck preformed beautifully perfect , and I would like to recommend Michelle for a promotion or some sort of way that rewards Michelle for going that extra mile to give confidence that the truck is in proper mathematics of tire pressure and all fluid levels and Michelle did every thing that was needed to give me the confidence that I had the best moving service going U-Haul.

We drove through a rainstorm, but certainly the truck should have been waterproof. I have fild an insurance claim.

Augustine SEvery single location I had problems at, first i was told to pick up evertthing at one location uet thr day if i get a call saying they are at different locations, soni had to spend $30 on a fucken uber then I was charges for equipment you did even have, thrn inwas quoted $1440 for the truck, insurance, and taxes, uet somehow I was charged like $1600, then thr asshole at the last location told Mr he can't accept the truck and I need to take it to another location after I already had a Uber coming for me . I will never use uhaul again, and I might just put a stop payment through my credit card for services not rendered

Frank GCleanliness. The interior was not clean, the passenger seat was full of dog hair and there were cookie scraps around the driver seat. It took a good while to remove the dog hair with tape. Also the exterior of the van was not washed, the windshield was dirty and was told that the units are not washed upon return and that it is up to the renter to wash the unit if they desire to do so. Very disappointed. Also after having loaded the van and ready for our trip, I received a phone call from U-haul, inquiring if I could return the van and exchange it for another unit because this van had been reported stolen. I mentioned that the van was completely loaded for the trip and that it would be too much work to completely unload and load up again, plus delay our travel schedule. I was told that it would be OK to use the van and that U-haul would take care of the situation. I inquired about if I were to be stopped for any reason on the road by a trooper and was told to just explain the situation and provide them with the rental agreement. Upon return, I inquired about the theft and was told that there had been a mistake and that the stolen van was not our rental. We were never informed about the mistake during the rental time and this was on our minds during the entire trip. No communication. Again, very disappointed.

Sandra SI first asked for a 10x15 storage space coming from Houston on spid and Kostorys On the ground floor because I have issues with my leg I was sent to downtown instead which is not good for me that is why I asked for Kostorys location. I was put in a second floor 10x10 which wasn't enough space I could see daylight coming through the ceiling so I had to go get some caulking just so my sofa and recliner and everything else didn't get ruined then had to jam everything into this tiny little 10x10 space needless to say when I got my stuff out 3 years later everything in there was covered in roaches not the best experience I've ever had at the stores facility and I've been to a bunch I've ran two in my time. The new staff is very friendly and helpful fortunately I was locked down on the very last day because they changed everyone's hours to office hours and didn't tell anyone so I went at 8:00 at night and I couldn't get in. Had to go back the next day and get another truck to go finish getting some of my stuff out.

Houston SMy first appointment was to pick up an auto transport at Aransas Pass on a Sunday. I checked with them on Thursday and my pickup was scheduled at this Corpus Christi location. No notification, at all. They had received a tow dolly that they didn't need, as far as they knew. Aransas Pass called the Corpus Christi manager and he said he would bring them one from some other town. Yay him! Yay them! Yay Uhaul! On Thursday afternoon I had to drop my truck off at the Ford dealer due to to a new noise. They called Friday morning and said it was a u-joint in the front end and should be able to fix it by Monday night. Aransas Pass was closed that Friday. I left them a message that I would be delayed until Wednesday. I contacted Uhaul and rescheduled for Aransas Pass. Aransas Pass calls me Monday and says they rented out the trailer, so I'll have to get it from Corpus Christi. That was according to the Corpus Christi manager, they said. I drove the 50 mile round trip, as required, on time for my appointment. The manager was a nice guy and took care of getting me connected. No words were interchanged about my heartburn.
RUSSELL ATruck was run down. People were nice is the only good thing. No dolly’s availability should be illegal. I messed up my back and I pre ordered a dolly online and they were still no available for my reservation. Check in process was fast. Just the trucks old and run down. Hope they get better
ZACHARY CHad an issue with trailer module that turned out to be incorrectly installed by previous dealer. Joseph and Romeo got it fixed and got me a trailer that fit exactly what I needed. Excellent service!
