To begin with the area is not well marked to know where to access the locker. Then it said street access on the website but its up a flight of stairs . Sooo to get to my locker its up a flight if stairs take 5 steps go down 2 steps take 2 steps go up 2 steps so theres no way to get a cart to my storage locker!! This is extremely inconvenient.

I cannot remember the young mans name that helped me but he was a very nice man. He explained everything to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. He made the whole transaction go quickly and very easily. I hope in the future that I am able to deal with him again.

The staff at the Uhaul facility on N. Chaparral are very friendly and helpful. When homeless people hang around or loiter in the premises, the staff was quick to respond when I felt uncomfortable. Thanks for everything.

I paid for the 24 hr access but in the 7 different times I tried to access my unit the key card failed. I had the attendant redo my access twice but to no avail. 24 hr Rip Off!

The security was the worst I have ever seen. The door never worked properly. There were times the door was not secure at all. I had two large units. I asked Casandra about the door many times. Nothing

We are renting two storage units, and had to return a 20-ft. truck. From beginning to end, your staff went above and beyond in helping ensure there were no problems. And, they we so nice to us!

Storage rooms were exactly the size I needed and we'll maintained. Service was quick and informative.

The staff were friendly, and the facilities were sufficient. My only concern was that the storage unit was so far back into a maze of units that I felt a little uncomfortable going back there.
