Uhaul claims trailers fit for atv. 100 percent false. My rental yesterday cost me alotnofbgas and time. Due tonit being worthless. Plus no one way utility trailers was ridiculous. I hauled a empty trailer back and forth. Due to not being wide enough to hold a atc which states on web site.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the first trailer I was assigned had bad tires, and after bringing that to the attention of the staff, she reassigned me another trailer that I felt better about using. Completed moving my motorcycle with the trailer and returned to the same location to drop it off, very helpful and friendly staff and easy return.

We had rented the trailer at the Crosstown site but had to pick it up at the downtown location. Prefer Crosstown location because it is closer. No problems with trailer we rented.

The woman who worked up front was very accommodating, I'm 8 months pregnant and she offered to get the dolly off for me upon return. She also allowed me to use the free Wi-Fi so I can call my Uber for the way back. She was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. I had never rented a U-Haul before. She made the process very easy for me, breaking down each step of what I needed to do and explaining all of my options. I will definitely be renting again.

So my work rents from Uhaul a lot. This location on Chaparral is the best one in Corpus. What helps make it the best the customer service. When I go to others they have a whatever attitude. At this location they are extremely helpful, honest and knowledgeable. When I returned the van yesterday, the GM helped me this time. I believe his name is George and he had great customer service during my check out. I appreciate this location.

Truck would pull to left and shake. But once I gained speed it would stop. Belts would squeal also. Air conditioning wouldn’t work at first but then would come in once I was in drive and driving. Employees there were very nice.

Pick up and drop was seamless and the UhAul workers were quick, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend yet, would love a better discount for disabled vet.

Obviously there is no maintenance or verification of vehicle condition. The tire fell off while we were driving our 26' U-Haul. Luckily no one was injured.

Disappointed that we made our reservation for 9am but the truck wasn't ready until 9:30. Also we reserved a dolly and were told there were none available when we arrived. No other problems but that was a bummer

I couldn’t think of anything, they took care of what I needed, personnel was very polite and made me feel like they knew me for ever, I ran into an issue with my electrical connection and they helped me without hesitation. Very pleased with this site. I would rate them over the top.

Was told to hook up to a trailer by the porter. 30 miles down the road when I received a text to verify license plate number. It was the wrong trailer. Called the business. Was told to go back by customer service. Once I was back, I was told they had changed it in the system. Went back for no reason. Also, the trailer I used had a lot of oil on the floor, had to put blankets down to avoid staining my furniture. Other than that it was great.

The equipment was not maintained well. Tires on the tow dolly were under inflated and had uneven wear (I had a 450 mile trip and felt unsafe to tow with those tires). The tie down ratchets for the straps were seized, rusty and didn't operate smoothly (had to buy a can of WD-40) inorder to operate the ratchets to secure the straps. One of the straps(driver side) had multiple tears and are in a dire need to replacement.

Difficult to find location

The trailer I had was well worn on the gate's mesh. This caused my motorcycle to get stuck and the spring to the stand broke. This would have been prevented if the surface of the ramp was not as worn out as it was. This detail caused a repair way more costly than the cost of the rental of the trailer. Regardless, Robert, the site manager was as kind as it gets and profusely apologized for this incident.

Worst customer service I have dealt with spoke with 3 different people. Got the run around 3 different places and finally the last guy at the last place had the nerve to tell me that I was lucky he had a truck for me and that I should count my self lucky as apparently he did his best to give me “customer service” truck was dirty. Filled with a quarter tank of gas.

As a former truck driver I wanted to see the actual fluid levels and I was not familiar with U-Hauls work station to test tire pressure and to check fluids, and Michelle got her hands dirty to show me all fluid levels that were in good standing except the windshield wiper fluid which again Michelle got her hands dirty to get the fluid level to its proper measurement and she checked every tire with the gauge to show proper pressure for a long 1300 mile trip that was a great journey by the way and the truck preformed beautifully perfect , and I would like to recommend Michelle for a promotion or some sort of way that rewards Michelle for going that extra mile to give confidence that the truck is in proper mathematics of tire pressure and all fluid levels and Michelle did every thing that was needed to give me the confidence that I had the best moving service going U-Haul.

When we arrived at our destination and began the contents, we quickly discovered that some of the architectural drawing tubes and family momentos were wet. We drove through a rainstorm, but certainly the truck should have been waterproof. I have fild an insurance claim.

Not book a truck for one location and then have the customer find out the day of that the location doesn’t even rent trucks and then have to drive 30 miles in the opposite direction for a truck!!!

As a suggestion it would be nice to Replenish gas once unless necessary to refuel during use. Receiving the van with just under a quarter tank was inconvenient, considering we were loading the van for an event that we had that evening. The van was not as clean and leaked in the cargo area

I took the truck with tank, back the truck with the same quantity and Uhaul charged me $10 for 2 gallons of gasoline. I put more gasoline than I supposed. Why the company do it. I want my $10 back!

Every single location I had problems at, first i was told to pick up evertthing at one location uet thr day if i get a call saying they are at different locations, soni had to spend $30 on a fucken uber then I was charges for equipment you did even have, thrn inwas quoted $1440 for the truck, insurance, and taxes, uet somehow I was charged like $1600, then thr asshole at the last location told Mr he can't accept the truck and I need to take it to another location after I already had a Uber coming for me . I will never use uhaul again, and I might just put a stop payment through my credit card for services not rendered

I first asked for a 10x15 storage space coming from Houston on spid and Kostorys On the ground floor because I have issues with my leg I was sent to downtown instead which is not good for me that is why I asked for Kostorys location. I was put in a second floor 10x10 which wasn't enough space I could see daylight coming through the ceiling so I had to go get some caulking just so my sofa and recliner and everything else didn't get ruined then had to jam everything into this tiny little 10x10 space needless to say when I got my stuff out 3 years later everything in there was covered in roaches not the best experience I've ever had at the stores facility and I've been to a bunch I've ran two in my time. The new staff is very friendly and helpful fortunately I was locked down on the very last day because they changed everyone's hours to office hours and didn't tell anyone so I went at 8:00 at night and I couldn't get in. Had to go back the next day and get another truck to go finish getting some of my stuff out.

had really bad impression of this place i rent an storage unit and got stolen a lot of items out of my unit because the roof was cover with a wire screen and can see thru and the main door that suppose to open with the key they provide never work and was free access thats why who knows who got in and climb to the roof to look at the belonnies si it was a waste of money for me, got stolen millwaukee tools, tv, motorcycle helmets, suicase and can figure out what else, so far $3000 loss.

To begin with the area is not well marked to know where to access the locker. Then it said street access on the website but its up a flight of stairs . Sooo to get to my locker its up a flight if stairs take 5 steps go down 2 steps take 2 steps go up 2 steps so theres no way to get a cart to my storage locker!! This is extremely inconvenient.
