When a customer reserves. A truck st a particular location a week in advance make sure the truck is available. I had to go to another location which was out if my way and time consuming when I needed that time to be moving.Shelly B.
Be sure to make sure its clean and not dirty and look truck over for damage.. I had to look over it my self and found a hand full of things that was not even looked at.. That I would have been charged for if I had not said something.. And the whole back was a mess with mud and dirt..April B.

I went to get my stuff out of storage and all my stuff was covered in green mold ruined my reclining sofa and love seat home made hutch and shelves and alot of other stuff im very disappointed in the customer service when i told them about it and told them there was a leak and mold was on all walls.Kim T. | Overall Experience

I had a reservation to pick up a trailer at 9:00 a.m. When I got there the place was closed. I called the number, no answer, I left a voice mail message, no return call. After waiting until 10:00 a.m. I called the Uhaul located on the east side of Richmond IN along us 40. Sarah graciously helped me resolve my issue. I was able to take the trailer, however it was full of roofing debris.Jeffery S.

Uhaul also contracted Rags to Riches moving men. I was very well pleased with the two gentlemen that came to move us. The only problem we had was getting the Payment Code for the movers to get paid. Everytbing else was great, thanks.janet R.

We citizens that are required via job promotions, downsizing, moves to be closer to family and for both temporary and long-term storage of furnishings, are so fortunate to have the U-Haul Storage and truck organization, Inc in convenient locations in the states that I and my family have needed....always true to their word in all the many aspects of our moves. Vehicles are always in good and clean condition... stores always amply supplied, clean, safe with staffs that are pleasant, concerned, smart and reassuring us that they will do all they can to make our needs met. It was very difficult to get a ballpark pick up and delivery time for my UHaul U Box. Staff and Customer Serivce was helpful, but it's gotta get better and providing a ballpark delivery time. Even if it's as simple as morning or afternoon. The only thing broken was one picture. The glass cracked. Also, quite a few stink bugs which weren't in there when I packed the UBoxPhilip Q.

The last staff I had was great! The young man showed me the unit (trailer) and made sure everything was hooked up right. - This time, the older woman says, "It's out in the back lot.. just match the numbers.." Same for the return. It had an appl. dolly and a big bag of blankets in it which I didn't use but returned. It also had a tail light out. I'm still moving so, not only would I NOT recommend, I really don't want that poor of service for myself. You really need to make the kid manager if you want customers.Curtis S.

Still waiting on a call from the manager after being told i’d receive a call back twice now. Our brand new appliances & furniture were covered with mouse droppings and there were mouse traps placed throughout so they very well knew they had a problem. We did not receive one phone call stating there was ever an issue. They also got our move out date incorrect because we moved out well over a month ago & the lady from customer service said “I’ll take care of it & let them know you are Moved out.” A whole mess.Brooke C. | Overall Experience

It's not fair that your location in Oxford can refuse my drop off, because they could not fix my son's car this spring, but were willing to send him on a 300 mile journey knowing that the repair was not right. Even though they had the car for almost two weeks. Yet they expected to get paid for the lousy work. I had to have the car towed to Dayton after their fiasco, at my expense. In addition my rental costs went up because I had to drop the truck off in Richmond. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, doing 2 - 3 rentals a year. Customer service be more customer centric and friendly. Boxes stacked so high you can see the device counter. Understand COVID and social distancing but the boxes are too much. Returns was a long process and no one wanted to assist us with getting our rental returned. Took over 15 minutes. All we needed to do was unhook a open trailer. Not enough space once you are behind someone to go around. If someone comes in behind you then you are stuck.Angie B.

The staff at this facility were always helpful and friendly. My only reason for the average rating is because both units leaked and had some water in it. I only found it as I was moving out. When I told the staff, they were extremely helpful and said they would notify other renters affected.
