1 issue / problem. Read below. Gentlemen who checked me in was 100% perfect. I was late for the pickup by 15 minutes but everything was perfect. In and out 10 minutes tops. Returned vehicle in 3 minutes. I pulled in and a gentlemen was waiting for me to stop so I can jump out. Let truck running. Counted all the equipment. No issues other than 1 problem. The fuel level was extremely low. I pulled out of the lot and the light came on. First thing you need to do is FILL THE TRUCK UP before a renters or client uses the truck. I put in $20 bucks and took the fuel level up to a quarter tank. I was disappointed but it was minor. Overall experience was a 9 out of 10. Just fuel level is all that marks this down 1 notch

My name is Michelle Garnett and I did not rent a truck. My information somehow landed on someone's contract that I don't know. Spoke with someone that said he was the manager and was told that my phone and email address would be removed but I received more correspondence. I was also told that my phone number was provided by the customer so they pulled up my file, well they changed the name but not my phone number or email address. Thankfully they changed the payment information because this conversation would be a Lot different. This was an epic fail and poor attention to detail. I also got “a manager “ that told me everything he couldn't do and basically told me it was no big deal. I want my profile deleted from your database and don't trust uhaul with my personal information .

I have been continually impressed by the professionalism and helpful approach the employees at the Overland MO location take to their jobs. They helped make a very stressful situation a much smoother experience. Going forward, I will always rent from U-Haul.

Although I presented my Driver's License AND Military ID to your Customer Representative I did not receive my "military discount." I am a veteran of 23 years in the USAF and have "always" received a discount from U-Haul in the past with conus to conus moves. In my haste, I regret not seeing the discrepancy ahead of time. Bummer, but even so, I will remain a loyal U-Haul customer.

One wheel on the furniture dolly was semi frozen. Most likely needed a new wheel or bearing. For $10 a day, I expected a fully functional piece of equipment.

-The Ford f150 used lots of gas per mile. you might want to get a ford ranger which is little smaller and uses less gas per mile.

I really thought that when you put a deposit down you were entitled to get the whole amount back as long as everything was turned in according to the contract and I did that. Heck I only drove the trick mauve 1.5 miles and only got 49.53 of my 100. Back. Know that I'll be calling them soon to figure this out.

We were in the new extension that was recently completed. The contractor was returning to reroof this new building. Our original unit had a pool of water. The manager immediately moved us to a unit with no roof problem. We found the staff and facility top rate.

I have always chosen this location no matter where I'm moving from or to. Some of the workers give a good customer service experience. Some not so much. The lady that took my reservation over the phone was excellent and very pleasant to talk to. Others not so much. She should train on how to give a better customer service experience.

The initial delivery experience was wonderful, but the person who picked up our full pods and delivered them to our new home was in a HUGE hurry and that was clear to us when we opened our pods. The boxes and pieces we carefully organized were jostled everywhere and knocked over. We haven't gotten through all the boxes yet, but I'm really hoping we don't find anything broken!

The location and everything was up to my expectations. However, the vehicle I rented had a faulty fuel gauge that led me to overfilling the tank. The gauge was stuck in a lower position even after I started the vehicle, put it in Drive and drove a little. When I noticed that the fuel gauge moved and rested but was not where I needed it to be, I proceeded to add more fuel. Knowing that something was wrong I checked the fuel gauge and it later jumped to 3/4 of a tank. I would like to be refunded the 1/4 of a tank that I overfilled. @$1.99 Thank you, please call me at +13142268677

So far we've only had our boxes delivered and then picked up at our home. They still need to make their way to Boston. The person I spoke to on the phone for the reservation was very helpful and the woman who delivered our boxes was very pleasant to work with. So far a very good experience.

The storage facility is superior to competitors in terms of cleanliness and climate control. The monthly charge is much higher than that of competitors, however. I highly recommend U-Haul storage.

even though our facility in carbondale is manned by one person, he is friendly, has the correct info and has all the customer service skills to handle a fairly full store on his own. he is a great guy

I got the truck and it was in tow and it started out that way (it eats up gas) . it had 3/4 of a tank of gas. I used less than a quarter of a tank so I put a 20.00 in and the gas gauge didn't move
