Combined with the "free" storage unit, false advertising of 24 hour access, being threatened that the vehicle was going to be reported as stolen, and being forced to buy an expensive lock, it was not a great experience.

Having motorcycle trailer to rent is great. However, wouldn’t it benefit your business to have a one way trailer rental? One which doesn’t cost as much, or more, than round trip would. Charge a little more than daily fee, but not what 5 days would be. We rented a motorcycle trailer for 9days and only used it for four. Two days down and two days back.

I attempted to use the mobile pick up option because there was a long line already inside the store when we arrived. After a while, this service still was not working so we went to the counter to continue the process of picking up the van I had reserved. The person working with us told me to cancel the mobile pick up I had begun, but no such option was available. Once we finally got this issue resolved, the entire process took an incredibly long time- simple information had to be constantly reiterated, additional products were continually pushed despite my request to not make any additional purchases, and the final price was nearly double what the online quote had been. After spending almost an hour trying to pick up the van I had rented, we finally checked out and were given the wrong keys. I do not plan to use U-Haul, especially at this location, again in the future.

I had a valid State Driver's License and a major US Credit Card. I rented several U-Hauls in the past and have always turned them in on time, clean, and with the correct amount of fuel. I should not be treated like a thief who won't return it by requiring the name and phone number of someone who knows me.

Other than finding out the trucks AC not working and it shaking once at 60mph the pickup was good. Now dropping off and charges after rental was over for gas level is a different story.

Worst service in the world. MAKE SURE you check the milage the vehicle and the little details as they are scam artists at this location.

Equipment was fine however I did mobile check-in and once we went to pick up the keys, the vehicle was rented to someone else. They were able to fix the issue however after we returned the vehicle, I noticed we were charged and extra $30 for renting mats. WE DID NOT in fact rent any mats which leads be to believe the mix up with them renting our truck to someone else caused us to be charged more than we should have. The receipt gave an email of someone to contact and after many email to the address I have not received any email back or correction on the charge. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I used the online method to schedule a time for Saturday at 9:00am. Lots of times were available so chose that time. I was looking for the closest location to me and this was the only one that had a time the next day so I picked it. I went and did all the online purchase and got confirmation of time. Later that evening I get a phone call from an unknown number that told be that time could not be done. I asked for some other times and he said they didn’t have any. So picked Sunday and found the day. Now I get there and they seem to be working on another car but it looked like it was an employed car because they took it down from rack and pulled mine up. Then after all this scheduled issues they come and tell me they don’t have the hitch even in stock. They called and had to go get one from another place. So I had to sit and wait for all this to happen. He then got back and started the work. Told 20 min. So after all this I was there for over 2 hours for a scheduled 11:00 install. Again, scheduled Twice! Will never recommend this location. Maybe make sure they actually use their online tools so people don’t get screwed thinking they can rely on those schedules.

The truck was terrible out of line and borderline unsafe to drive. Of course you don’t realize this until you get on the highway after having loaded the truck and when on a tight schedule just have to go. With the back left wheels over a foot out of alignment the truck must be better maintained. Overall the truck rode well but please don’t put unsafe trucks on the road. A toll collector even commented that the truck looked like it was coming sideways down the road

I had made an online reservation to make the process faster, but even then, the process was extremely slow. The employee had no sense of urgency, made several mistakes, and the credit card reader went down. I offered to pay in cash, but that process seemed to be taking even longer than paying with card, as the employee did not know how to process a cash payment and had to wait for another employee's assistance.

I reserved a truck next to my daughters apartment and I got a phone call on Friday saying the truck size wasn’t available and I had to drive to a further facility and a 10’ truck wasn’t available and I would be upgraded to 15’ truck for the same price ($149) when I picked up the truck, he said I’m supposed to get a 15’ truck for ($249) and I never got an email to show the upgrade, so I paid it and called uhaul before I moved the truck and I was told today I would get a refund for the difference and I would get a phone call which neither happened yet. I also felt the 218 miles didn’t allow me to deliver the contents of the truck to my house and return it to the delivery destination and I dropped it off with 230 miles on it so I went about 12 miles over.

I'm very upset with U-Haul I have had nothing but bad experiences the last three times I have used you this equipment was reserved for me after driving 2 hours round-trip to come get my equipment they tell me the trailer is broken down you wasted my time and cost me a lot of money. I had to tear my lawnmower down in order to get it to fit on a smaller size trailer and a process it tore up my clutch and cost me $131 and repair cost I am not happy with U-Haul at all

Uhaul should have GPS on all long distance vehicles, we had a blow out on I 95 in South Carolina, an I call the service number given an the person that answered at uhaul could not find our location, an wanted me to drive eight miles on the berm,of freeway for eight miles to next exit,.Not acceptable ,could have caused a bad wreck,if my son hadn't been with me with GPS ,I don't know what we would have done,it's was rediculous what we had to go through just to get help,u need to change the policy on having ur customers drive with a flat tire on a busy freeway, it took about three hrs to get tire replaced,an the man who did it was very nice an quick after he got there,I understand that it takes a while to get some one there ,but the information I was given by uhaul after the blowout was terrible, u need to rethink what u tell customers with a breakdown on the side of a freeway at night,an get GPS, on ur vehicles.
