Terrible customer service and employees. Employee asked me where my car was parked prior to leaving the lot in the uhaul and proceeded to block my car in and I did not know until after I arrived to drop off the uhaul and this was after hours so nobody could help me !! I had to go to great lengths to get my car out just so that it would not be left there over night. Staff also is not aware of payment rules as I was told 3 different things by 3 different people about the allowed payment method. It overall was a terrible experience.Delnisha D.

The only problem I had with this location, was that there was never staff inside to greet the guest. The 2 times I went I had to wait in the lobby until somebody came inside, or I had to go get one of the staff outside for help. The check in process took forever. Once we got the keys the truck was blocked in by another vehicle. I paid for mileage and the daily truck rental but then got charged another $50 because I used the truck over my estimated time allotment. I won't be using UHaul again.Douglas H.

I have been using this location multiple times. Over all these guys are ok. have rented car carriers and dollies multiple time. Mostly good experience other than a few instances. Had both tires blown on a longer trip. Thank goodness roadside took care of it. One time I was given a car carrier that had oil sprayed all over it. I could not even touch it. Took it to car wash to clean up some before I can use it. You are expected to return a clean equipment rent out filthy oily trailers. Next time they tried to give me a car carrier with one stop light and blinker not working, they said its fine. I had to ask to swap it for safety reasons. This past time the car carrier was ok but to my surprise when I had to strap up the wheels of my car one of the straps was broken, it was too short. Not a very safe way to transport a car, granted it was only short distance and took it slow, strapped with one and chained it to the frame. Guys please keep up with your equipment. Location is convenient but the equipment is pretty beat up.Timofey L.

Had to go to this location because the original location Easy Mail on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. didn't have the van available and was closed after 12 noon even though their sign said 10:00 AM opening. Had to call U-Haul several times and wasted 2 hours of my time due to the first location's terrible service. There was a van there open and it was disgusting inside, filthy and smell and obviously never been cleaned. I wouldn't have accepted that van because of the filth and smeel. I can't believe you let Easy Mail represent you, look at their reviews and you'll see this is their standard way to business. Second location on Pleasant Hill Rd was great, in and out in minutes both times and how a business should be run. I was refunded $50 as promised but you disrupted an already hectic day moving.DAVE L.

I had made a reservation for 9:00 pick up and there was no truck. This happened twice. Called to find out if there was a truck for the next day ..,. I was told there was none avail. By this time I was pretty upset, I was a day behind schedule. So I decided to call back and was told there would be a truck available at the same location. I would actually have items that customers reserve available if you allow them to reserve them. I could have rented a truck from the competition for less. I paid more to Uhaul because I was allowed to reserve the appliance dolly I needed to pickup up and move appliances. It was singular reason I chose this company and location. I arrived to pickup the truck and equipment and there was no appliance dolly. I had to drive extra distance on a per mile basis to get a dolly at another location off the most efficient route. I was angry they did not have what I reserved. I called in advance that morning at 915a to ensure they had what I needed before 4pm pickup and the person said they would call back. I did not get a call until 330p while en route for pickup and learned only then they did not have the equipment I needed. Upon arrival they explained they gave it to someone else. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional. They changed my original pickup location and then still couldn't honor the contract. The wait times are ridiculous to be able to speak with someone, and I got hung up on. They finally gave me a truck and then changed my drop off location. When I returned the trailer the ball that they installed on my hitch was very loose. Luckily the safety pin was installed to keep the ball from coming completely off. However because the ball was loose meant the trailer towed very rough and rattled. Apparently they installed the washers wrong. Not very safe. Beware of using them.Keith M.

I am very disappointed, in my final paper work , being accused of not replacing gas in a 26 footer truck... paper work indicated I drove 28 Miles... I replaced that gas , and paperwork indicated they added 8 gallon more at $5.45 saying this was what I did not replace... When a 26 footer gets 10 miles to the gallon... When driving the truck, we noticed one of the rear tires needed air and the windshield wipers were worn, almost useless. I mentioned these problems when we turned in the truck in Lawrenceville. The guy could have cared less.Coleen G.

The staff at Pleasant Hill was terrible. No social kills. The store is being ran by a bunch of young kids that could care less. I made a reservation online 2 weeks in advance and I didn’t get none of what was promised. I was told my storage wasn’t 1st floor access, it wasn’t climate controlled, I did not earn the 1st month free, I did not get a lock free. Whoever you had working Sunday 1/23 were not knowledgeable of the info being promised online. They were all very unprofessional and condescending. If I wasn’t moving my moms things and needed the storage right then I would have left. I’m very very very disappointed and unsatisfied. I paid my rental from a reoccurring auto banking check from my bank from the first payment to the last, roughly a year and a half. Every three or four months I received a late payment notices. The first time, I called the facility to correct it. Then I would go to the facility to impress upon them the need to correct the problems causing me to receive the notices. I continued to receive late payment notices after I was told it wouldn't happen again. The straw that broke the camel's back was a "Pre-Lien Notice". Staff was very slow. I understand some staff members were being trained but the pace of work was excruciating - I had to wait an hour to get moved into my storage unit after having made a reservation online with all necessary information. This was with no line and only 2-3 other customers for the entire time, and then was sold a lock that cost $15 that was not the typical lock used. Other lock and key locks only cost $5 or less by the front desk worker recommended the most expensive one that wasn't even secure.Alice C. | First Impressions
I was dissatisfied with the explanation of the card entry for every visit. The representative that showed us the unit did not explain the card entry very well until asked. She said to just swipe the card but did not mentioned we would be locked out if done incorrectly or not done at all on my second visit I was locked out of the facility. I called customer service to assist and of course they couldn’t help me get in because an on site manager had to be present. Because of this, I returned my uhaul truck late which I was charged extra and had to re load all my belongings I had un loaded on the dock. This was Sunday after hours and the office was closed. Customer service had called the onsite manager but she did not answer. The card entry process should have been better explained. I could have avoided the inconvenience of an extra trip and saved the extra fee I was charged for returning my uhaul late. I have yet to go back and get this resolved.Aline G. | First Impressions

Everything with the facility was fine. Up until my card was charged twice when I moved out. I get the $50 fee for them cutting the lock. But, I was told I didn't need to sign anything. I didn't have to take pictures, & I would be emailed my move out letter. I don't recall seeing that email, but was billed twice. I can't get in contact with no one at the facility. An email was sent by customer service,and yet I haven't heard anything back as it pertains to a refund. After two year, and about three months.
