The employee working at the self storage had spoken with one employee at this location was told that I could receive a 10×10 for one month free when arriving the employee at this location told me no that I would not receive 10×10 one month free,when explaining to him what I had been told by an employee at Jimmy Carter location he would not allow me to receive the 10×10 for one month free of which I felt was wrong hearing the employee ask a employee at this location if they had a 10×10 available.Edward R. | First Impressions

Account myself a very flexible person. U-Haul store owner yessica. At U-Haul on Pleasant Hill in Lawrenceville is an awful communicator. However way she feels is how she will respond. The people that work there have poor communication and slow resolve. That facility has one job selling unit on Locker unit. This facility have taken locks off of my unit without my permission and try to charge me for new ones .. They have locked my unit on several occasions because they made a mistake and payments were complete. They would never unlock the unit in a convenient time frame from the facility error. I've always had to call customer service or home office for them to respond. I should not have to go to social media for a business to do the right thing no one should. The last and final incident they sold all of my items within 8 hours of me making Financial arrangements with the store owner and customer service and all of my items were gone. That's the worst feeling in the world to know that you trust a company to hold something. you trust a person at their word that they're going to follow through in the communication is broken down there's poor follow through. it's unacceptable I sent the email to the regional manager David Weston with no response to date . I moved out of the facility on February the 8th not February the 15th I was not giving such a grace. I was not given such a time to resolve any matters and then I'm receiving a bill saying I owe $400 Plus dollars which will never get paid because my items are missing I need $500 to restore my quality of life. This is unacceptable I would never recommend uhaul to a soul anyone talks about uHaul and their prices and their community in Georgia I will always always have a negative taste in my mouth on my Twitter Facebook tiktok Instagram I'm disappointed. This is not how you do business especially when you monopolize the entire Market of storage. Coming from Michigan I would never expect of such poor handling of its clients customers and responses. Your word is all that you have in your word is not good at all. untrustworthy I am not confident that you haul can handle any valid business without having to go five extra steps to get results why why is that acceptable why? Money cannot replace half of my items in the part that money can replace should not have been an issue. My unit should not have been sold my unit none of my items should not have been touched I have a text thread that shows the correspondence and the times that I talk to the store manager which assured me that we would have no incident. The things that were brought back stating that they were mine were not mine. I'm in a new state distraught with nothing and you guys go on with your regularizer lives oh it's not my problem it's unacceptable and I will keep putting in complaints until I get a resolved this will not go away.Lacasa G. | Overall Experience

Yesica is absolutely amazing.. She is always pleasant and willing to assist. However. Jaime Parris was rude and non engaging. Out of everyone I have ever encountered at this location>> she was by far the most difficult to get a response from.. My experience with her was not good at all..
