Make your online pickup process less complicated. I was late for my day due to the delays at the store and with using the mobile option. I'll stick with in person moving forward. Provide consistent information from all uhaul representatives (phone and store). Service your vehicles, the tire light was on when I got the van but I was already delayed and didn't want the hassle of addressing it but I was nervous the entire rental. The truck's interior was dirty including the dash and smelled like smoke. The service light was on, the vehicle hesitated when I pressed the gas and I didn't feel safe in it. Thank God I only had to transport the furniture a short distance. They had an ample supply of vehicles available but chose to rent that one which says a lot about how much they don't value their customers.CATHY D.

Bad customer service I arrived at the location they had the wrong truck that I requested and then dolly that I ask for they told me after I did all the paper work they didn't have I really needed that also waited like 10 min for my truck the guy pulled the wrong truck the guy that was checking up was really rude.SHARNELLE T.
Those people are horrid and didnt try to work with me for a payment plan...there was nothing but my personal items that were sentimental to me in that unit and those got rid of it and still got zero dollars for it. Great service. The only challenge we had is when we returned the truck. We had to go online and follow the directions. The first one tell you to lock the truck and drop the key in the key box. We did exactly that. It later instructed us to get the mileage. The truck was locked, so we could not. Therefore, the system wouldn't allow us to bypass that information and complete the questions. Uhaul need to change up the checkout questionnaires to reflect the order that you need to properly complete it. Otherwise, we had great service from this location.Willie L.

However, I would not recommend anyone use Uhaul. My scheduled reservations was for 7am, I arrived at 7:30am had issues and was suppose to receive a call for customers service. I NEVER received a call... I call the 24 hour number and was on hold until the location office open at 9am. I will pray that I will NEVER have to us Uhaul again!james B.

Stay away from this location. They did not enter the mileage on the truck then charged me for driving 1000 miles . We drove the truck 17 miles! They didn't go over anything about the truck or made sure it was equipped upon leaving. Truck barely had gas. Find a company that isn't ripping you off to make money.Lewon T.

I have rented from haul on many occasions. My experience at this location exceeded every expectation. I arrived about fifteen minutes prior to opening and customers were lined up 15 deep. The team of associates inside and outside were able to move us quickly through the check in process and received a clean, air conditioned, filled with gas 20 ft truck. Roadside assistance is TERRIBLEEEEE. Uhaul needs to improve that. I had a blown tire and when I called the 1800 number I was on hold for over an hour and they finally just disconnected the call, that's the most frustrating thing. After a long while someone finally showed up to help and I was on my way. This incident happened around 5:00pm and I was home by 10:00pm. What really upset me is that someone called me at 1:00am saying he was on his way to help me but when I explained him that I had already been helped he was very upset and demanded that I tell him who had helped me and what was the name of the company etc etc etc so I just hang up. This department needs some serious attention. Jessica the GM was very helpful thru this ordeal and thanks to her I was home relatively early otherwise I would've been stranded until 2am.VICTOR S.

I paid my rental from a reoccurring auto banking check from my bank from the first payment to the last, roughly a year and a half. Every three or four months I received a late payment notices. The first time, I called the facility to correct it. Then I would go to the facility to impress upon them the need to correct the problems causing me to receive the notices. I continued to receive late payment notices after I was told it wouldn't happen again. The straw that broke the camel's back was a "Pre-Lien Notice". Staff was very slow. I understand some staff members were being trained but the pace of work was excruciating - I had to wait an hour to get moved into my storage unit after having made a reservation online with all necessary information. This was with no line and only 2-3 other customers for the entire time, and then was sold a lock that cost $15 that was not the typical lock used. Other lock and key locks only cost $5 or less by the front desk worker recommended the most expensive one that wasn't even secure.Alice C. | First Impressions
I was dissatisfied with the explanation of the card entry for every visit. The representative that showed us the unit did not explain the card entry very well until asked. She said to just swipe the card but did not mentioned we would be locked out if done incorrectly or not done at all on my second visit I was locked out of the facility. I called customer service to assist and of course they couldn’t help me get in because an on site manager had to be present. Because of this, I returned my uhaul truck late which I was charged extra and had to re load all my belongings I had un loaded on the dock. This was Sunday after hours and the office was closed. Customer service had called the onsite manager but she did not answer. The card entry process should have been better explained. I could have avoided the inconvenience of an extra trip and saved the extra fee I was charged for returning my uhaul late. I have yet to go back and get this resolved.Aline G. | First Impressions

Everything with the facility was fine. Up until my card was charged twice when I moved out. I get the $50 fee for them cutting the lock. But, I was told I didn't need to sign anything. I didn't have to take pictures, & I would be emailed my move out letter. I don't recall seeing that email, but was billed twice. I can't get in contact with no one at the facility. An email was sent by customer service,and yet I haven't heard anything back as it pertains to a refund. After two year, and about three months.
