They said all lights on the trailer worked when I left the business, I got pulled over for Ledt side turn signal being out. No ticket was given just a warning. Returned trailer and let the person at return know that it needs a bulb replaced.

Trailer was full of snow on top and in front of it so we had a hard time pulling it out because the wheels on our pickup were spinning on ice. After fighting to get it out ourselves (because the uhaul tech left to help someone out) we got it free. The right rear brake light was not working but we left anyway because we were told we had to return it by 4pm when they close at 7pm. So I couldn't waste any more time. Trying to park it where it was when we returned was extremely difficult because of all the snow around it. Our wheels kept spinning on the ice and we couldn't back it in all the way. In their defense, those guys are seriously short handed because there was a really long line inside the service center and only one person behind the counter and one uhaul employee working the outside. That location is super busy and these guys need help. Something to seriously consider because customers were not too happy about the long line that wrapped around inside the location during COVID.

Not at the gas level I was told and even though the people were friendly the truck was rough to drive and in a COVID 19 environment the truck smelled like smoke and was not clean.

I arrived on time for my reservation I selected to do the phone process. I completed and waited for my van as it stated it would be located near the door. It was not there so the only choice I had was to wait in line for 30 mins. I got my reservation late and there was no apology just was told that the reason I didn't get my van through the phone was because I didn't go look in other spots for it. Not the response I was looking for when the directions do not tell you that on the phone. I will not be using this location in the future to rent a truck.

Falsely charged for 5.5gal ez gas even though I've only used the rental to travel 4miles which used barely half a gallon of gas and I refilled a gallon (making it more than the initial gas gauge level already) before returning my rental. When returning my rental, I was told to just drop my key off and no need for a receipt because I will get it e-mailed to me later. The next day, they called me trying to locate the rental and the truck key... Once they located it, they inspected the rental and somehow decided to charge me about $23 for 5.5gal of missing fuel.

For starters everyone should be wearing a mask due to covid 19. Only 2 employees were masks. One white male sat on his phone at the front desk with no mask. The female that handled my rental had a terrible attitude. Quite disgusting for a young lady. She was brief and refused to explain much. She constantly told me to refer to the contract. She refused to do a walk around for the vehicle she told me to follow the steps on the link she sent to my phone and sent me on my way. Horrible experience and I would never go to that uhaul again.

I was overcharged for fuel when it should have been 2 gallons but I was charged for 4 gallons. I brought it to the attention of the manager who gave me an updated receipt but my card was charged the amount with the 4 gallon fee. I would never use this organization again for a move.

our truck was covered in ice and we had to walk to get it where others had it driven right up to them.. I preordered and even with the insurance it totaled approx. $34. When my husband went they charged him approx. $54. I believe they didn't use what I reserved but charged him the most expensive insurance. Also we only had the truck for 1 hr. and didn't even go 10 miles. Mohammad was not very friendly

What made it poor was when trying to return the location closed early which left me no choice but to leave the keys even though the truck when trying to return it said i was entering a lower mileage amount that i started with (even though i have pictures that it wasn't) but i had to call customer service and they charged me an additional $99 and I'm not sure why when i returned it on time . Poor communication.

This experience was absolutely horrible there cargo vans are not equipped for snow at all 1inch, 2inch, 3 inch no kind of snow the cargo van was side ways on the Blvd with my kid in the car it got stuck several times and my husband had to push the truck awful horrible will never ever rent from them again and I will be reporting them to the higher ups for poor vehicle maintenance

Uhaul on 7750 Roosevelt BLVD owes me a refund for a utility dolly I reserved but was never given. They said they were out at the time and I could have a refund when I returned the truck but I returned the truck before the office was re-opened on a Sunday.

I would make more customers who may not know, aware of the convenient option of being able to pick up a vehicle via cell phone. I originally made a reservation for a 15' truck, however it would not have been available until 1:30pm. After downsizing to the 10' I was able to obtain one at 7:30am. This is a big deal since you are able to pickup during non business hours and you have the entire day to move. The site and instructions are easy to follow. As a customer using this option for the first time, it was a breeze.

The helper that is supposed to explain how to use the car trailer was on the phone speaking a different language while hooking me up to the hitch, ignoring the fact that I'm there and not showing me anything. I asked a question and he continued to talk on the phone and gave me a quick short answer with showing or explaining how to strap on a car correctly using their system. He walked away and said just youtube it. Well, one if the straps came loose and I'm lucky the car Was okay. He also told me that I didn't need to hook up the safety chain. Absolute worse experience dealing with a rental place. Only positive was guy at checkout. He was normal. But I'll never go back there

After my transaction was completed inside the location, I had to go find the dolly/trailer on my own because there were no instruction given not was anyone outside to guide to the trailer. I had to find wires from other trailer to make it work because that one was broken. After driving 25 miles to tow a car I rented the trailer for, I realized the trailer itself was defective (does not lock in the center (free rotating) and the car kept swaying side to side. I could not even back the trailer up with the car on it because the trailer would not lock in the center and the car would go all over the place. I have experience backing trailers for what it's worth. I had to return the trailer and I got a tow company to get my car. I'm disappointed that more inspection of the trailers are not done before renting them to customers.

I reserved an appliance dolly because I was moving. The truck was there and clean although it smelled like gasoline but the appliance dolly was not there nor did they have another. I now have to rent a truck again with NO discount because they said that the appliance dollys were not guaranteed to be there. I am a disabled woman with cancer that now has to scramble to find someone to move my refrigerator and now I also have to pay half a month at my old address for not having my stuff out as well. Great location, but the manager is not very nice at all. I may rent a dolly from somewhere else. It just sucks that yall cant do what you are supposed to do all of the way. The man checking us in was awesome though. I would recommend getting a truck, but rent the dolly elsewhere.

Let me start with. You guys cost of me a lot of money and aravation. Moving to a new place is already alot of stress on the day of the move. And because the place i was renting from my storage and u-haul truck. I lost my time slot to move in to my new place and had to pay extra to move in after hrs. Lost my deposit on a moving company because i wasnt able to get there in time. And still have to hire hands to move after hrs. And to put the icing on the cake. I wasn't able to move in to my new place till the 5th was told that i had to pay my $218 for the whole month for storage on the 2nd and will not see any of that money back even though i was moving out on the 5th just 3 days later. I've been a repeating customer for year. And rented from you guy for the past 2 almost 3 years. If this how you treat long and Loyal pay customers that pay everything on time. Then i will never be using you guys again.

I paid every month on time. I was moving out before next payment. I had to leave two mattress for junk man to pick up. It was labor day weekend. They called me before I had a chance to call them and said you need to get mattresses out by Sunday or charged for another month. Well could not get junk guy till tue. That was only2 days after my payment was paid.. They charged me for the whole month for a lousy 2 days.and it was a holiday So dont expect any money back if you have to move before payment I will deal with a small business for storage than uhaul they say climate control it is not and i had the biggest storage and could of went somewhere else and got alot more space i paid 186 for a 5x10x10

Your manager Mr. Mohammand is a monster. He is very much incivilized and a valain. His attitude instituted against me about a week ago were very aggressive and inhuman. I am not going to explain in detail of what actually happen but I view his action against me and a friend that day to be dehumanizing. I have already consulted my lawyer concerning this issue. If he didn't discard my photo he took that day and if I see it anywhere he will bear a serious legal consequences. The company is good but your branch manager is an evil monster and a very much barbaric idiot that's why I moved out of your storage.

I had 3 units at one point for a couple years and then the large one for over three years. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Employees always go above & beyond & are consistentl! Thank you!
