Took way too long. The person at the counter didn’t have a credit card and left. The next person checked out their truck and it took a long time. Then the person that didn’t have a credit card suddenly got one and went ahead of me. It took at least 30 minutes to get a trailer. The left brake light and turn signal did not work.
FRANCIS CWhen I fill out an order online, I should not need my phone to complete the order at the counter. I had to go back home to get my phone. Also, providing an emergency contact is a mess. The store had to call the emergency contact and verify them before the order was completed. If you don't have someone, you are stuck. Very bad!
JOSEPH PMustafa Was very helpful I actually had to call Him up because I was getting there to drop off the U-Haul late and he was able to Make a 15 minute extension for me, which worked out

VANNAK PMore employees to help at the front desk. The guy was working alone. He was fine w. his services, but he was multi-tasking to get everyone helped quicker. Felt bad for him.
RONNIE MThe staff was great. Everything was fine except the interior of the van had an odor and was dirty and dusty. There was dried dirt stuck in the bed mat and lint all over the seats. My wife called it the skanky-mobile. She wiped it down and brushed it off. We returned it cleaner than we received it.

JOSE OThis is the third time I have used the van/truck rental service, but it is the first time I have had a bad experience with the staff. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the staff was unprofessional; they didn’t even say good morning when I greeted them, and I had to repeat it twice. The individual had a bad attitude and, as I mentioned before, was unprofessional. When I returned the van, the treatment I received was slightly better, but still unprofessional. The staff should undergo Customer Service training to improve their interactions with customers.

I was 20 minutes late bringing their piece of s*** truck back and these inconsiderate thieves charged me another 24 hours on the truck even though I was in communication with the b******* and I asked them if I should stop and put gas in it so it wasn't low. I did that while I was on the phone with the representative and I told her I was 10 minutes away from the uhaul lot. I got there exactly when I said to the minute which I was a total of 20 f******* minutes late because I put gas in it prior to dropping it off because in case anyone wants to know they charge you 10.00 a gallon of gas if you bring the truck back low, so since I stopped and put gas in the truck and they couldn't get me for 100 dollars in "their" gas costs they f****** charged me for another 24 hours AFTER I TURNED THE TRUCK IN AND THEY COMPLETED THE TRUCK RENTAL!! If you have ANY other choice to use ANY place other then Uhaul in general then please use them because uhaul does nothing but rape hard working people AND most definitely stay away from the location on Roosevelt Blvd. They are completely ice cold, no personality, morons!!! You think they would work with me since I had to rent a storage locker from them which by the way was the smallest locker, a little bit bigger then a closet, and they are charging me 140 dollars month!!!! But what do they do threaten to put this charge against my driver's credit even though it was my rental because I don't have a license. So since I'm a human and have morals I decided to pay these vultures! This right here is exactly what's wrong with this whole country! The rich stay rich and s*** on everyone else!!! Unbelievable!!

Garth KTwo trucks. Roaches in the trucks. The first truck was infested with roaches. They ended up giving me another one after they saw them so they were very good on that. Got the other truck and saw a couple roaches inside. Stopped and got some raid and sprayed the truck really good. Thought we were in the clear. After we packed up and unloaded we saw more. I pray nothing is in any of my boxes. This is so terrible and disgusting. This was by far the worst experience ever in my life. The trucks should be bombed and cleaned completely before renting.

It was easy to spot on the lot because the parking spaces are numbered. I was a little nervous about renting the U-Haul at first because I haven’t did it in a long time , but this location was so professional and courteous it made me feel better.
NICOLE HThe guy who was on the front disk was eating fried chicken and fries at 8:00 am, the place smell very bad. I got the truck and the mirror on passenger side was broken and was moving all the way to the back so I can't see nothing. I didn't use the truck because it was scary to drive because of this problem. They charged me the full amount.

Wayne WAdditional employees would help in order to get the reserved van in a timely manner. In our case it took 40 minutes. The line was long and there was only one person. First they couldn’t find the van and then couldn’t find the keys. Meanwhile at the location where we were moving to, we lost our help as the timeline was blown.
John RThe manager when I first got my second locker, told me I must buy added u haul insurance. I questioned that because it wasn't so on my first locker he insisted so I didn't have a choice. Recently I overheard that I was right, years ago. I called and insisted that I was correct. He did accept my insurance after checking, but insisted that I would not get any money returned to me.

CHRISTINE B | First ImpressionsThe staff and over all building were fine, but the parking lot is not well designed. Often when I arrive, there is no where to park. The unit I got was a 10ft wide and 5ft deep unit but only had a 5ft door making the unit incredibly hard to use and organize. The carts are often broken and don't work.The last issue was price. I'm paying 156$ for a unit that's hard to use and parking lot I can't get into. The same sized unit I've moved to is 65$ a month with another company.

Customer service in the building wasn’t the greatest didn’t care that they didn’t have my van for rental then canceled my order that was done online and processed it again which made it more. Scam and getting over for sure.

They continue to charge me from oct. to Nov. when they told my bank I canceled in October and they harassed me non stop. The manager Mohammed just threatened me to send me to collections when I refuse to pay for a Storage I no longer owned. Really bad experience here and I won't recommend anyone to ever go here!
Saul R | Overall ExperienceBoth of my 52 inches tv got broke and they was pack very well after the fact I went to the office to let the staff know about my TV I was informed that people the rent out other storage units climb through a hole at the top and go in your unit’s and take stuff out of your storage and when I went back all my stuff was thrown around the storage and none of the employees was professional at all

TAYLOR V | Overall ExperienceI had a problem with the manager. I was 4 days late on my storage unit. I moved all of my things out on September 25.the 5th day and he wanted me to pay for October. He threatened me that if I didn't pay it he would report me to the creditors. I had to call the corporate office. But overall the other staff are wonderful. When I was trying to ask him why would I have to pay it was empty he walked away. . . I asked him for the corporate company phone number and he gave me the wrong number. .
