The storage was well kept & all my things was still nice and clean . People in office was rude and horrible

I questioned that because it wasn't so on my first locker he insisted so I didn't have a choice. Recently I overheard that I was right, years ago. I called and insisted that I was correct. He did accept my insurance after checking, but insisted that I would not get any money returned to me.
