I had a problem with the manager. I was 4 days late on my storage unit. I moved all of my things out on September 25.the 5th day and he wanted me to pay for October. He threatened me that if I didn't pay it he would report me to the creditors. I had to call the corporate office. But overall the other staff are wonderful. When I was trying to ask him why would I have to pay it was empty he walked away. . . I asked him for the corporate company phone number and he gave me the wrong number. .

Staff was extremely helpful. I’m a senior citizen and could not open door to the unit and the manager sent someone upstairs with me to help open it and she also took the one box that was vey heavy and put it on the dolly, help me load it onto the trunk of my car and refused a tip. I would definitely use the service again. Thank you
