Angela B.While this location was excellent, it was not the location that I had reserved and received confirmation for. Mileage adjustment was made by UHaul, but the last minute change caused stress since my move team was not in the right location.

We just have to say, your employee, Pamela Eckart, was amazing! So helpful and was always there to help. Even after closing! WE were finally moving into a new home and had to empty the storage. Ms. Eckart was always walking the property and would always check on us to see if we need anything. She advised us on rental trucks we needed and we are going to use the Upak to send some of our things to our Florida home. I am a retired police officer and I tell ya, she was an amazing employee, My wife and I can't say enough good things about her. You guys have a one of a kind there, DO NOT loose her!! Frederick W.First - I was sent a re-confirmation - To a different location. If you change locations, you should put that in the Heading of the email so the Customer knows that there is a significant change in the reservation. As a result I had to travel an additional 15-20 minutes each way. The Owner, (his name tag said that), started off telling me, "I don't make the rules, the traffic department does" He than got involved with another Customer in the middle of checking me in who was renting a vehicle and asked to reserve it again at a later date. He told them - Call 1-800 Uhaul. When the young man asked if he could take care of it here at the center, he told him, "You got a computer at home? Use your Laptop and make it online." He told me where to meet him and he would bring out the vehicle. I got things out of my car and the truck was there, he was working on another one next to it. I stood there waiting for him as they usually do a sight inspection of the truck's condition, After 10 minutes he looked over at me and said, "Do you need anything else? The truck is ready." I asked about the sight inspection and he said it wasn't necessary. When I returned the truck the gentleman who checked me back in was as professional and nice as they come.

Gerard B.The person at the desk when I picked up my rental truck provided me with inaccurate & misleading information regarding the size of the gas tank. They said it was a 40 gallon tank & I need to put in 20 gallons to get it to a 1/2 tank if on E. I was on E, so I put in 20 gallons, costing me $100, and it got to a full tank. It's not a 40 gallon tank. Gas is ridiculously expensive & I put in an unnecessary extra $50 because they misrepresented the size of the tank. And no one will respond to me regarding this error. This is infuriating & I will never use U-haul again or recommend them, and I'll be disputing the entire charge until someone makes this right.

LEON P.The experience with U-Haul was disgraceful. When I made the reservation on the phone or internet-I don't recall- no mention was made about a mileage charge and I got an estimate of $19.95 plus extras bringing it to $48.00 for one day including the additions. When I brought the truck back - the same day- the bill was about $93.00 and I was told that was because of the 47 miles the truck was used and 3 gallons of gas at $6.00/gallon. I rented the truck because I thought it would be cheaper than using UBER, but it wasnt and involved a great deal of inconvenience picking up the truck and returning it with a backup driver. At return I was told by the manager that she said there would be a mileage charge and that I should have calculated hte cost before I took the truck. I told her I didnt see a need to do so because I was given an estimate when I made the reservation It would have been so much more pleasant to be picked up and dropped off by a driver.

Also, the main building that goes into the storage access area closes too early. In the event of a fire emergency, how would people get out if you only have one entry/ exit after hours? I feel both doors should be accessible during office hours as well as after office hours to all paying customers. The method is the same to get in and out of the building during office hours as well as after office hours, I don't understand the issue of locking the doors. Why do paying customers do not have access after hours to enter the main entrance of their storage unit?
