Parking is chaotic near office - no grid system, few parking spaces for customers. Dropping off the 26ft truck was difficult as there seemed to be no designated spot for returns. Staff was friendly and attentive, but locker was half the size we anticipated (U-Haul advertised 10x10 free w/ truck rental - we were given a 5x10). Roads and car park surfaces are in poor condition, and roads are narrowed by commercial storage (vehicles, huge spools of wire, etc). Commercial customers use roads as work areas, making them impassable, and are aggressive and threatening when asked to move. Gate to cc building frequently locked in the open position (known issue to mgmt) which makes the building feel unsafe for a woman working alone. Inside of cc facility was clean, lockers were maintained and A/C was working.

On May 26th 2025 at 3pm we visited the office searching for a covered storage place for our 35ft Outback Travel Trailer. I am a newly retired Fire Fighter/Medic and my wife is preparing to retire as a surgery nurse. We moved into a 55plus gated community, Leisure Ridge in Manchester NJ. They do not offer RV storage. We were worried we would not find a covered, secure place to store our Extremely Well Maintained RV.U-Haul ended that worry. The $200.00 per month is a little much for a retire BUT, your staff made us comfortable with our decision. From Pamala who assisted us with our move back home to the Jersey Shore from Williamsburg, VA. She made the move so easy and stress free. To the 2 men at your office assisting us with the RV storage rental. Your companies employees are second to none. Thank you ALL. Don & Beth Dinse.
