I drove 12 miles. Less than what I estimated. I did not put any gas in the truck as the gauge barely moved. To be charged 50 extra dollars over a gallon of gas is pretty outrageous. I would have put 4 dollars worth of gas in this vehicle had these charges been explained to me prior so maybe this is my fault I don’t know.

The reservation was cancelled by the location at the time of pick up because I was a going to be a few minutes late. They supposedly “called” but no call was logged as incoming from the store. The attitude from the person that supposedly made the call was like “Oh well, whatever.” I did get a pick up and was able to complete my day. Now to the truck which was dirty inside and out. The windshield was extremely dirty on the inside which made it extremely difficult to see through at night. The vehicle only had 5500 miles on it, so I can’t imagine what it will look like at 20,000 miles. The attitude of your personnel and the condition of your vehicles is indicative of how the company apparently now operates, which is sad, because you used to set the bar and were the standard. Not so anymore.

Check in after hours was confusing and no lights on so it was dark. We had a trailer and had to wander the lot to see what to use to support the trailer hitch bar

I am really happy with the ease of exchanging the equipment due to my own mistake. I wanted a ramp but did not know the 10 foot van didn't have one. I found out after driving home. It just took a phone call and driving back to solve the issue.

Better training and better computers. Mileage was entered incorrectly at pickup. Very long wait lines.

Person helping us to get our keys seemed tired and high/hungover. In his defense the system was slow due to weather. However everyone was still very nice to us and so I'd still recommend the place. The other workers around him were move knowledgeable and professional for sure so most of the employees really are very good at their job and very very professional this isn't to sound whiny. Maybe our guy we got was new?

We had a reservation for 0900; waited in line for almost 30 minutes due to the computer services being down. We returned truck at 5:23 and you charged an extra day. We will not be back!! (And this was our third rental in a week)

For 1, do a better job with your vehicles. The first one I got a few weeks ago would not start after it was completely loaded full. The second one I rented had a driver side mirror that would free spin, so I had to keep the window down and hold it. The one I rented today sounded like it was going to stop running every time I was at a stop, not to mention the steering wheel was about 30 degrees off to the left. I only used this location because it was close by. But I will def never go there again. Vehicles need some serious upkeep.

After I cancelled and emptied the locker well before end cycle. Spoke to them and they stated no more charges. They billed me for another month. So you guys charged 2 months for using 3 weeks! Why?

I was given the wrong storage unit on paper, and when I went to pick up my possessions, most of them had been stolen. The manager was very nice, but there was not much he could do for me.

The guy that this location was very helpful I was late returning my trailer to another location and he helped me get a storage unit and return the trailer to this location to avoid late fees.

I have had a horrible experience from the beginning. Jacob was extremely rude. I called the 800 number and made a complaint. The said someone would be contacting me within 3 days. Still hasn't happen

Everything I moved out had mold and mildew on it. I didn't see an obvious leak but it was damp enough to grow the mildew. The staff was not particularly helpful but the manager was very helpful.
