jaren m. | Overall ExperienceThe first storage unit I was placed in had a leak. It ruined irreplaceable items as well as furniture and other various things. The manager at the time was not kind or helpful. In fact he hung up on me. For this reason, I would never use U-Haul again.

Abigail L. | Overall ExperienceFor the size unit I had I believe the cost was a bit to expensive, other than that the facility was in good shape and or repaired in a timely manner. The staff was always helpful and knowledgeable about everything I had questions about.

RENNE M. | First ImpressionsWhile there was a lock supposed to be provided, and it was after I had to go back and forth again because it wasn't in the unit as stated. The lock did not fit, so again I had to walk back and was told it does fit so now I am a liar or an idiot and had to go get my own lock after all. The employee refused to supply a lock that would actually fit. The price for a month is overpriced for something that has no lights inside and no insulation against the cold and heavy rain. The security alarm is pointless because it gets no attention and the customer gets no email or text or a photo when someone accesses the unit. I absolutely will not recommend and shall, in fact, vehemently argue to anyone that it is not something worth the price or the effort.
