I would like to know if I had to wash the truck or not. I could not wash it, as all the car washing places were shut down due to freezing weather.

was originally we had 9 days for the equipment. Got a call we only had 6 days. Returned it all on the 6th day and still got charged an extra day. Not real happy about this. Need a phone number for corporate headquarters

Need more employees. Morning pick up for U-haul vehicles needs more staff. Waited 1-1/2 hrs even though we did the quick check in the night before. One person to handle check ins, review equipment with the customer, help cust get the trailer hitched, get them on their way is rediculous. Not to mention the employee was unmotivated and refused to attempt to work a little quicker nor apologize for the delay. Will not rent here again.

I was perfectly happy with the experienice until they charged me $25 for failing to fold 8 blankets.I will NEVER use this UHaul (or any other) because of the phone call when I called to question the charge. 30 year customer gone for a lousy $25.

Location experience was positive. Only comment concerns the vehicle. The "tow-haul" light was covered by a decal which meant you could see the yellow light but not what it indicated. I did see the tow-haul placard, but the button itself is "hidden" when the vehicle is in gear. I figured this out, but it took several minutes to resolve. Would have been dangerous if I had been moving.

It was way overpriced for the amount of time that I was using you. I also rented out a dolly that wasn't even given to me. I asked for a refund. And I only got 60% of my refund back. Which is ridiculous. It's not my fault you guys didn't give me my equipment.

Our rental experience with Uhaul was excellent! The van we rented was brand new and in excellent condition. Ricardo Hernandez was always so cordial as we returned daily for a week to rent it again! We now know where we can go for our rental needs. Thanks so much!

The facility is a complete dump - the roof was caving into my storage unit and the general upkeep of the building was non-existent. The wait line for service was at least 20 minutes every time I went

Cash helped me through the transaction. This location is awesome if your patient due to being super busy. Cash went over and beyond during my storage checkout and truck rental. Cash was awesome.

The lighting was horrible. There is no light in the storage unit. The hall lighting was not up to par. There was electricians there two of the times I was there. The staff was helpful.

Had a lot of issues with Staff and being blamed for things we didn't do. Specifically because our storage place was next to the garbage. Our moving out date was 3/2/2019, not 3/4/19.

My experience thus far has been problematic in that when I call the 303 area code #, I have gotten offices in Calif., and Ariz. This morning the clerk in Ariz., could not find my na e among U-Haul cus

Unit latch would not accept lock purchased on-site. Fix took more than 4 days. U-haul placed temp lock. Could not find our lock after fix. 2nd new lock failed after 2 uses. Staff wanted $50 to open.

When I called and asked what was needed to move in they said ID and form of payment. They stated they were open until 8PM. When we arrived to move in no one with storage access was present.

The new manage was rude and condescending. My unit was broken into after having rented there for over 6 years. Manager proceeded to tell me I opted for no insurance. None was offered. Stay away
