There needs to be an in and out entrance..presently you enter on one side of building and have to weave thru the trucks to turn around and leave. Stupid layout!!
I know things are difficult these time I manage a customer service call center myself- but the last few Sunday's we have had to do business there the reps are by themselves, so the customers don't always get the best of your reps. They try hard and this Sunday was actually one of the better ones, but they do seem to be stressed and overworked. I do think that he did do a good job maintaining what he could
There was water that leaked into my unit and no one notified me to let me know that my stuff could have been damaged. Second someone painted over my lock.
Rico was wonderful! Very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend his location and commend his customer service!

First of all - my appointment was supposed to be at a more convenient location. You moved me to the south federal address for the pick up. No problem except you scheduled me for 8am and the place doesn't open until 9am. So I sat around for an hour. Then the trailer was dirty and full of snow towards the rear end. As though it had been left open over night. Horrible execution by your offices
The owner and staff are very helpful and offer solutions to your problem.
Returned the Uhaul full and they reported it was 1/4 and charged me an extra $30 have used Uhaul's roughly 25-30 this was my last time I hope the $30 charge was worth it to UHaul

This is what is going on: the scheduled drop location would not take the trailer. They told me to take the trailer to another location. The second location would not take the trailer. They sent me to the final location on Federal Blvd. I WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN!!

Didn't set up drop off correctly or give explanation of additional charges. I had to pay an extra $160 more than I was expecting.

The owner was very good to work with and very helpful. I unfortunately had the opportunity to listen to him deal with a rather .... difficult .... customer. He did a superb job keeping calm and helping the customer as much as she would allow.
My girlfriend and i moved out of a terrible roomate situation on a whim earlier that day with no place to live. We were able to rent a truck and find available storage for our things last minute. Luckily we needed to store our things for 3 days due to us finding our own place. I hadnt had a chance to let uhual know we moved our things out, but they called us and asked if we still needed storage. Overall it was quick and sufficient. Have never had an issue with uhaul.
The on line website return is hard to use with a verification text back to the phone is hard for the user as to get to my text I closed down the link, which then required a new number when I had to start back over. After 4 attempts I was able to get the text and keep the web site open at the same time. if this does not make sense you can call me at 303-886-2318
The two employees working did not want to get up.off their butt to help customers. It was ridiculous the time spent to pick up and to get the equipment checked in. The check in part was the worst, i was worried up until i received the final checkin email which didn't happen until the following day. I was worried thinking i should of taken pictures because i had no proof that i dropped the equipment off.
The trucks brakes were squeaking but still worked
Was scheduled to pick up truck at 6 am but couldn't because the key was not placed in the lock box like it was supposed to. Scheduler did not book the right size truck. The truck had barely any fuel in it so we were not able to tell how much gas was needed forcing us to over fill. When situation was explained to the manager no refund or discount was offered and no apology was given for our issues. Absolutely terrible experience this will be the first and last time we use UHAUL, we will use Budget next time.
They were very straightforward and rude
Was told I could return the truck anywhere. I drove to the nearest location which is in Littleton. They could not take the vehicle because the contract said Denver. Littleton is surrounded bey Denver. I called to get permission to drop truck in Littleton but was told to drive to another location in Denver where they needed a truck in a couple hours for another customer. Note: I turned the truck in a day early. The person on the phone LIED to me when they told me that truck had to be at the Denver location for the next customer.
Great service Rico was very patient and helpful. I really appreciated that during the hardship I was experiencing and had to rent a uhaul. I'm grateful for the services uhaul provides.
I had to wait almost an hour just to pick up my keys even though I had already reserved a truck. The wheel of the truck was also super dirty. It clearly had not been sanitized
1. call me when you change locations that i reserved a van at so i go to the correct location 2. actually let me pick it up through the app and not have to wait an hour for the new location to open This was the worst experience I have ever had renting a uhaul. I am incensed at how terrible this was.
Long line at opening. One person handling counter and hookup. Precheck did not expedite anything. Had to repeat entire process in store. Overall very time consuming. Drop off was good.
The problem is that they are severely understaffed. I waited 20 minutes at the desk/showroom(maybe longer)before the attendant came in out of the checking in area.
Excellent service
I had the best experience the gentleman at the front helped me determine which vehicle and option was the most time and cost effective and was nothing but professional and courteous. I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had renting a cargo van with this location. It was a huge relief during a very stressful move and I cannot say enough good things about how positive this turned out!
Originally we ordered the truck in person from your Store at 2645 w Alameda Ave in Denver. When we went to pick it up they did not have the truck. They then sent me to the other location that had on. This delayed our move over an hour which cost me $100 in labor waiting to help pack the truck and unpack Very bad customer service and experience

We had to drive about 10 miles to drop it off. This put us over the estimated mileage. Should have been able to drop off closer to our destination. This is a rough neighborhood. Also, charged a $20 drop off fee; unexpected and not appreciated to be required to pay extra.
The big guy was very very rude!!! No respect at all. Had no name badge. Very crappy Services. Was disappointed by the lack of courtesy from bigger gentleman. Was telling at us as customers, No customer service at all. Should not be working with an attitude like his. Now the lady was nice and respectful very great worker. I feel so bad for her! She was getting yelled at by the same bigger guy as us. Now she deserves a rise just for dealing with his attitude.

Wasn't a great experience overall. Our reservation was changed after we booked to a farther location causing more mileage fees. After loading the truck the door would not close and the staff was not helpful .
More parking
the truck was beat up. fine. the inside was CLEAN. awesome! the fan had been coming apart for a while (what the roadside mechanic said) and it just so happened to throw a piece of itself into the radiator, puncturing it, leaking out all the coolant, stranding me on the side of the road for 5+ hours. IF there had been some checking/maintaniance of the truck, my experience would have been much better...
There was a leak in my unit and I lost half of my things I had stored in it!!! I let the office know months ago when first noticed but nothing was done about it!!
I would suggest being straight with them , not losing to them about the rental or tricking them in to extending the rental and then charging a really high overpriced rate . I was completely screwed over and do not appreciate it at all . I will never rent with uhaul again . EVER
Under staffed.. but nice employees. I think if they just had more help it would be a much better overall experience. Waited an hour for my truck and then didn't even sign anything for it.
24/7 pickup was relatively easy (if a little slow), in person return was seamless. U Haul's website and the process of getting hold of anyone in customer service are abysmal. I was disconnected by phone three times (once after waiting 20 minutes on hold, spoke to a rep, was transferred and promptly disconnected). Chat was better (although again, slow to connect with anyone). Logging into account to look for my reservation was maddening- I couldn't find my reservation when I logged in with my email, so I called and was eventually informed (right before being disconnected for the third time) that in order to see my reservation I had to long in with my order number bc the system doesn't recognize my email bc my email doesn't match my name exactly. Huh? Even after speaking to a rep by phone and online chat I had no confidence I'd be able to use 24/7 pick up. Did not inspire confidence and I would only recommend U Haul with reservations.

The online check in did not work. I was trying to be safe and efficient. When I got to the location it said to scan location barcode but there wasn't one and none of the employees seemed to know what I was talking about.
Well they only have 1 person to do the register and others co workes only look they don't help the next customer.
The associate who helped me was new, but very friendly and helpful. Great job!

I will never use uhaul again because of the people and the way they treated me in this time of need. Completely tried to take advantage of me and I am never recommending uhaul to anyone else. No thank you.
My friend has 2 little ones, is on her own and had to move. She had her hands full and no help. I felt the need to help so when she asked if I had a D.L. I said sure, the least I could do right? Well we rented a van from uhaul, took it home and loaded it, it sat for 3 days why idk but I was getting nervous. I didn't want her to have to pay for it sitting any longer and when 3 in the afternoon rolled around, I took the van back to uhaul and turned it in. She was livid! All baby stuff they needed. Hope next time she stays on task. Of course uhaul didn't want to take it back with a load, but not alot of options for either of us. It was a nightmare. $200 cleaning fee, storage, truck refill... I thought I cant afford any of it. The next day a friend paid the fee of $90.54 to uhaul so my friend could get her things. I tell ya i was besides myself with the whole thing, but the ppl at uhaul understood what was happening and cancelled all the fees and just charged us for maintenance and refuel. I may have red flagged myself from renting there, but I am very happy with uhaul. Smh... :)
It would be easier for moving to have 24 hour access.

I had items taken from my unit between October and December of this year. I am now having to file a report with your office and retain an police report for the items that were taken and broken.

The black guy was extremely resourceful. He was knowledgable about the trck storage and even the boxes and locks. He was professional. He was fast but didnt make me feel rushed and very polite.
Not only did they take money out of my account through autopay that I did not sign up for, but they did it after late charges was applied. Now if you where going to do this would you not do it before
The facility is a complete dump - the roof was caving into my storage unit and the general upkeep of the building was non-existent. The wait line for service was at least 20 minutes every time I went

Cash helped me through the transaction. This location is awesome if your patient due to being super busy. Cash went over and beyond during my storage checkout and truck rental. Cash was awesome.
The lighting was horrible. There is no light in the storage unit. The hall lighting was not up to par. There was electricians there two of the times I was there. The staff was helpful.
Had a lot of issues with Staff and being blamed for things we didn't do. Specifically because our storage place was next to the garbage. Our moving out date was 3/2/2019, not 3/4/19.

I always use Uhaul and have not been disappointed yet, they are always so nice and easy to talk to. At times it can be expensive but given the alternatives it's reasonable. Thanks again Uhaul...
Always super busy. Unable to get to the Customer Service Rep because he is out helping others, seemed to be short staffed.

Called corporate to change drop off location then was charge 35.00 for this, charged me for more stuff without telling me after the fact. Rip off
My experience thus far has been problematic in that when I call the 303 area code #, I have gotten offices in Calif., and Ariz. This morning the clerk in Ariz., could not find my na e among U-Haul cus
Unit latch would not accept lock purchased on-site. Fix took more than 4 days. U-haul placed temp lock. Could not find our lock after fix. 2nd new lock failed after 2 uses. Staff wanted $50 to open.
Will never use uhauls services again. I was sold storage units that never existed and the staff was incredibly unhelpful
When I called and asked what was needed to move in they said ID and form of payment. They stated they were open until 8PM. When we arrived to move in no one with storage access was present.
Most of the staff was great.
They worked with us to get goods checked in as we could not be their to complete paperwork. They allowed our daughter to be there in our place as we were 80 miles away. We appreciated that very much

Nothing to do with the store, problem is with sales/customer service. I will never rent with U-haul again. I'm still tempted to write a scathing review about my whole experience.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a uhaul dealer in the entire country. I even left a few belongings in the truck once and they wouldn’t go look for me, rented the truck to someone...
I had rented that storage unit for 5 years. Everyone was already pleasant and ready to help at any time. I appreciate all that Uhaul had to offer.

The new manage was rude and condescending. My unit was broken into after having rented there for over 6 years. Manager proceeded to tell me I opted for no insurance. None was offered. Stay away
