False advertising. $19.95 a day. No where does it say 70cents per mile. More was I told that there was a mileage charge. Hidden fees.

The store manager Melissa was excellent with solving problems caused by the call center. They on the other hand should be taken out of the equation due to giving false information on several occasions causing conflict with rental pick ups and deposit returns.

Have the manager stop lying to customers about what there options are on equipment returns. This has put a very bad taste in my mouth for UHAUL. I will not rent equipment for locations who have Managers that have no idea what customer service means.

The facility was amazing! I had never seen such a nice U-haul location. The lady that waited on us was not friendly at all. She didn't speak unless we spoke to her. And she did not understand the way the gas mileage green bars sticker on the dash. She told us that the less green bars you see the better the gas milage and that is not what the sticker says at all.

I was not given a chance to inspect the trailer prior to leaving the business. I found dirt/gravel on the floor when I started loading it.

Was not made clear that the total charges including the holding charge for a total amount would be debiting my account and in a way that makes absolutely no sense at all! I rented a cargo van on Saturday morning and returned it that day for about $196. Four days after payment for van rental taken out of my account; four days after finishing business with uhaul. Three business days after competing business with uhaul company a $184 hold was placed on my account for a total of approximately $380 debited from my account of which $183 will not even be returned to my account for another 4-5 business days from now. So that means I didn’t even have the hold debited until 4 days after business complete and I won’t get my hold refunded until 9 days after competition of business with uhaul company!!!!!! Policy needs to be changed!!!

The GM is very rude. The hours on the paper when I moved in say it is open from 5am-10pm. I couldn't get in at 6pm. She then said that they close it at 7. There more but not enough room for everythin

This location created many problems for us: the security card never worked, the unit had a hose from outside in the wall, the staff did not close us out when we checked out on 8/16/18, etc....
