CATHY SNo sooner had I pulled in to return the trailer, and stepped out to go inside and check in, some woman in a purple shirt comes driving up at me yelling out her window to go park it were I got it from. I hadn’t even gotten inside to check in. I told the check in guy how rude she was, and all he said was that she’s always like that. I told him that I was going to leave a bad review about her. Someone needs to get rid of her!!
Gary UVehicle was great and cleaned, staff was friendly and helpful. We just note not having any furniture,dollies was frustrating due to we booked one on our reservation.

Maria U1) Trailer came off hitch within one mile of leaving Uhaul. It was connected by Uhaul employee. 2) Left taillight was out. Technician had me turn on hazards and the said I was good to go.

michelle rThe check out experience was completely disappointing. The store should not offer pick up times when they are not open. Wasted almost thirty minutes of my reservation time trying to figure out what to do and almost just left. Aside from that, it was cold and I was not prepared to be outside to have to take photos of the truck and go on a scavenger hunt for the key box. Aside from that, why tell people to locate the truck first in the app instructions to check out, and then go get the key, totally backwards. Makes no sense to find the truck and not have the key yet.

The vehicle outside receiver was nice.I did talk to male about truck return and he was an asshole...I told him my movers bailed and I was scrambling to find others...He was unsympathetic and kept threatening me late charges and fees.He even stayed if I didn't bring the back by a certain time and in a certain condition, he would inflict penalties...My movers at the last minute, I was trying the best I could.I even called in to inform Uhaul what was happening...While I know this doesn't reflect Uhaul overall, I won't use the location again...

ALAN BOn the return, I wasn't sure where to leave it, so I left in the pickup and return area in front of store. However, when removing trailer from my truck, the incline allowed trailer to roll backwards. There may have been something mentioned of blocking the tires, but I may have overlooked it.

ROY ASebastian was the one who actually helped me attach the trailer to my wife's truck. We started with a 2 5/8" hitch, but needed a 2" with a 7" drop. Sebastian suggested a U-Haul hitch that could work. After installing it, some manager or supervisor came over and immediately said, "That's not going to work," offering no help, no suggestions—just criticism.Sebastian stayed calm and suggested we check inside for other options. That's when we found the B&W brand. Sebastian pointed out they were solid and would easily do the job. He recommended the biggest one, since it was going on my wife's truck. I bought it, and now my wife absolutely loves her new hitch.If it weren't for Sebastian, this would've been a total waste of time. The manager's attitude was useless and unprofessional. Sebastian made the experience a good one despite the poor leadership around him.Please call me if you want a more detail explanation on how great of a job Sebastian did - 737-325-9530.

This prevented us from being able to use a dolly to lift appliances on to the trailer because a) the wheels of the dolly and the gate met well above the midpoint of the tire and b) the gate lifted with the appliance and dolly. We had to take the appliance off the dolly and lift or tilt it on the gate, manually lift the appliance and the shimmy the appliance back and try not to get stuck in the gap. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

This cost me double the miles, and double the time for my movers… my move and my truck rental ended up costing me double because I was promised a 21ft truck and had to do double the trips.

There should not be an option for rental if your company does not honor what you say. I am extremely disappointed with your company and plan to avoid your company in the future. I will also share my story with friends and family. I was prepared and planned for my move however your company did not hold up their end of the deal. Huge fail.

Sarah SI’m extremely disappointed with my recent U-Haul rental experience and am hoping this message reaches corporate for a proper resolution. I dropped off my U-Haul early at the designated location and followed all instructions. The staff on site told me to leave the truck there and that they would handle the rest. Thankfully, I took clear photos of the odometer at both pickup and drop-off, along with location and time stamps from my phone — solid proof of when and where the vehicle was returned. Despite this, I was later charged for extra miles that I clearly did not use. The invoice provided lists a return time and mileage that do not align with my actual drop-off time or the evidence I submitted. I had more than enough unused miles, and it makes absolutely no sense to be billed for overages. I have submitted a dispute twice, including photographic proof with time and GPS metadata, and even requested that they review their surveillance footage — yet the issue has not been resolved, and my claim was unfairly denied. This is frustrating and feels like a complete disregard of customer evidence and concerns. This is not just an error — it’s a matter of accountability and customer trust. I am urging U-Haul corporate to step in, review the evidence I’ve provided, and investigate the handling of this drop-off. I trusted U-Haul with my move; I now ask U-Haul to do right by its customer.

MICHAEL OStephen & Co. were so much fun! They kept me informed and walked me through the ins & outs of what to expect on my own. They joked & really felt like they enjoyed each other’s company, too. That definitely takes the stress out of the moving process. Top notch team!

GLENN CTake care of one customer at a time. My time is just as valuable as the next person who came after me. She took care of three other customers who came in after me and left me waiting to complete the process. Also, there was not enough gas in the truck to get to our destination. Horrible experience!

PARRIS MLocation is over run with returned trailers! Employees are scrambling to keep up. Did not answer the phone for me or National, too busy outside. I returned my trailer early on the 17th, it was due by the 19th and was charged a late fee on the 20th. I visited location on the 20th and they looked up my contract. Said they would have the Manager look at the camera footage to verify my return for possible credit.

DANIEL OToday I dropped off a U-Haul truck and this location basically scammed us. When we picked up the truck the gas level was between 3/8 and 1/2. We brought it back at almost 1/2 which is more than what was in there when we picked it up. After completing my return, I get a text and email showing the gas level below 3/8 and they charged me for fuel which was $27. I called and the person on the phone made all kinds of excuses for charging me but none of them made sense. He said nothing about refunding the money they basically stole from me. He also stated that the pickup location must have had the gas level wrong in their system which is the reason they likely charged me, which is a blatant lie. Then he stated you can call and talk to the manager tomorrow. I will be calling and calling corporate. How dare you lie and steal money from customers. This is despicable behavior. I have used this location several times in the past but I won’t be using them anymore. What can you do better maybe stop lying and scamming your customers.
