Well I reserved two dollies and the location was sold out - I asked what was the point of reserving if they would not be held and the desk clerk said there is no point. Your reservation really means nothing to Uhaul. - The truck also was falling apart and was one of the worst rental trucks I've come across. the previous time I rented a trailer when I returned it I had folded all the blankets. The Uhaul person told me it wasn't necessary for me to fold the blankets. One of the four tires on the trailer was worn to the flat wear marks on the tires; there was barely any tread left at all . I should have caught it myself , but I was too busy with the trailer hook-up . Aside from the tire issue, everything was fine about the rental and the people working there were super nice .Eliot D.

My travel trailer was damaged twice by attempted break-ins and theft of both propane tanks! Security cameras are 720p and NOT pointed toward the customers trailers. The 1080p cameras are all aimed toward the U-Haul vehicles and equipment. Customer vehicle safety appears to be secondary! Oh yes, Even though the very desirable covered RV sites will be rented quickly, no rebate for time unused even when rented to another customer the next day. While the customer service of the location of the Ubox storage was good, I am extremely upset about the moving help that we received. Through Uhaul we hired someone to drop off and pick up the Uhaul. During drop off, the driver completely dragged the trailer through our new sod and now we have a tired indent that extends about 12 feet on the sod near our driveway. I am extremely upset about this and feel that after being told 11am, then 3pm, then to have the Ubox arrive at around 6pm on top of the sod damage is not only disappointing but adding to another expense that we will need to pay to fix this after paying $182 just to have the Ubox delivered and picked up. This didn't even include help removing items. We paid $250 for an entire move from Pflugerville to Jarrel with a local company (not Uhaul) and that was for a whole entire home including drive time and received far superior customer service at a price much more appropriate (if not generous) than what we paid for Uhaul for a small storage box. I feel ripped off and did not receive the customer service I would expect from such a reputable company.David S.

This isn't really location specific, but the website for returning vehicles after hours (uhaul.com/share) doesn't seem to work. I was able to provide my location info, the mileage and fuel reading, but when it came to the part where I needed to submit a picture of the gauges for verification, it would take a picture, but then not accept it or allow me to move on with the process. If u-haul is going to charge a fee for something that used to normally be handled by the u-haul employees, then the system should at least function correctly.Ryan O.

Lucas is an amazing manager. He really went above and beyond to take care of me. I have had so many problems, almost monthly, with the billing department not being trained correctly in how to process an electronic check. This time there was a typo and my unit was scheduled to be cleaned out. Lucas made sure my unit was still locked after hours, contacted the manager of my location to correct the problem and call me the next day, and gave me a free month due to my constant issues. I considered this experience to be somewhat hectic and disorganized. The truck I rented for moving was ok, but the driver door didn't shut and the alert stayed on that the drivers side door was open while driving. While being issued my storage area I was assigned to the wrong size, an alarm went off while trying to open the door.
