This isn't really location specific, but the website for returning vehicles after hours (uhaul.com/share) doesn't seem to work. I was able to provide my location info, the mileage and fuel reading, but when it came to the part where I needed to submit a picture of the gauges for verification, it would take a picture, but then not accept it or allow me to move on with the process. If u-haul is going to charge a fee for something that used to normally be handled by the u-haul employees, then the system should at least function correctly.Ryan O.

If it was at all possible I would say that all employees at this location were the opposite of helpful. Every interaction was either dismissive or just rude. I was given no instruction what so ever as to which vehicle I was taking, and it was not obvious, or what to do when I returned the vehicle, so I parked it where I had found it and was made to feel I had completely ruined their day because it was not in the equipment return area, I'm still not 100% sure where that is exactly. While the equipment was clean and operated fantastically the employees could use just a bit of customer service training and it would go a long way. I would rather drive out of my way to a different location than utilize this locations services, and be treated this way again.William W.

I used the app to order, pick-up and drop off the truck, hoping it would simplify the process. I'm sure the app makes the U-Haul employees job easier, but it is definitely not geared to make it easy on the customer. There were multiple instances where the app said one thing and the employee at the store said another. For example, when I got through the process of checking in and looking over the U-Haul for dents, scuffs, etc., the app instructed me to â€œskip the line and go to the side of the counter and ask for my keysâ€. I did that, and was told by the employee that I needed to wait until he was done with the people in line. I don't mind waiting, but it is frustrating when the app says one thing and the employee says another. If I'd have know I would have had to wait in line, I would have skipped the app altogether and just done the entire transaction in person. A similar situation happened at drop off. The truck itself was great. The mobile application experience, however, needs to be fine tuned to make it easier on the customer and the employees should familiarize themselves with the process outlined by the app so that they are on the same page as customers using the application.Israel M.

The clerk who rented us the truck was sarcastic and surly. We made an online reservation while we waited more than twenty minutes. When she finally got around to us she asked if we had a reservation, I told her we just made it, and her reply was â€˜well, we probably don't have any trucks.' I asked about the uhaul rental promise and she sighed, rolled her eyes, and continued to say there were no trucks. I told her I would go to another location to which she responded â€˜do you want the truck or not?' I replied that I wouldn't have reserved one if I didn't want one and her response â€˜people do crazy things.' I received the keys and she said the truck was â€˜in the corner' and turned away. After scouring the lot we found the truck tucked in behind the building. The vehicle was filthy. When we returned the vehicle on Sunday at 4:45 pm the clerk refused to accept it saying we were too late and had to use the online check in. I will never use this location again.William M.

1) Uhaul changed our pick up location without consulting us, so we went to the wrong location. 2) when we got to the right location, the first employee was rude and dismissive. She picked up her cell phone and just walked away. 3) when someone else arrived to assist us, we come to find out that they had rented out our reserved truck to some random person under my husband's ID information. There was little that seemed to be what I had confirmed online today before. I had enter to pick up my truck at a different location and it had been advertised at .29 per mile. It ended up having to pick it up 15 mile away and it ended up renting at 1.39 per mile. The added cost and the extra mileage almost doubled what I thought it was going to cost me. This seemed like the extra miles to pick up definitely played into you favor but perhaps that why it was setup that way.Adrian H.

If I could give this place "0" stars I would. Front Desk attendee seemed to care less that I was there, standoffish. Very short, not friendly. That should have been my warning. Just gave me the key to the truck and said its somewhere to the left in the back, that was all the instructions I was given and I got that from the only nice person that worked there when he walked in. I had to roam around with forklifts and other employees working but no one willing to help. I get the truck, it is not clean, I did not check the wipers before I left since I thought they would give you a truck that was safe. I was traveling from Austin Texas to Kentucky. I am driving the truck on I-40 Little Rock to Memphis, it begins to get dark, and starts to rain. The headlights are dirty, I can barely see and the wipers are old and not taking off the rain. I am in the middle of no where, I can UHaul roadside assistance, they ask me to pull over, you can't in that area since there really is nothing there. Get to Memphis, get roadside assistance for the wipers, my dad also realizes one of the headlights is getting ready to burn out so we now have to sit at a rest stop until morning so i could drive safely. I am so disappointed with this location and with UHaul. They took my life and others at risk due to the poor condition of the truck. I am now worried about Covid since they did not clean the outside of the truck did they even take a few minutes to disinfect the inside of the truck.Venina S.

Lucas is an amazing manager. He really went above and beyond to take care of me. I have had so many problems, almost monthly, with the billing department not being trained correctly in how to process an electronic check. This time there was a typo and my unit was scheduled to be cleaned out. Lucas made sure my unit was still locked after hours, contacted the manager of my location to correct the problem and call me the next day, and gave me a free month due to my constant issues. I considered this experience to be somewhat hectic and disorganized. The truck I rented for moving was ok, but the driver door didn't shut and the alert stayed on that the drivers side door was open while driving. While being issued my storage area I was assigned to the wrong size, an alarm went off while trying to open the door.
