This location was very professional and offered a mileage discount due to the fact that my original one-way contract was not sufficient and we had to change the contract to a round trip contract which cost me more money.

The truck was on E - was told to come back only to find out there were no other trucks available in the side I request. Was told to fill the thank and would be credited the difference. Took a chunk of time from my move date.

We did the after hours self check-in following the directions on the sign and it was easy, but we felt like we were forgetting something as it just had us leave the unsecured trailer sitting there. There were no instructions to lock or anything.

Have more staff onsite. Your systems were down and you had one member at the counter. There was a line of 10+ ppl waiting to be assisted.

Disorganized lot, less than helpful associate on pickup (drop off guy was nice). My main complaint is with the mobile pick up and drop off experience. Took far longer than expected and required so many steps it would have just been easier to go inside to the counter.

Great service from checkout to checkin.. van was a little spotty from the rains, but overall the van wars comfortable and easy to drive.

I got there and the app assigned me the same truck as the other customer. The app is really slow to load to. They made me waste 1hr wich was vital to me.

When I got the truck, gas gasket was open. The hood wasn't locked properly from one side, buttons were broken inside. While was driving it felt like the truck could have stopped at any time. Was not safe to drive. When arrived to drop off, opened the hood with specialist in U-Haul, wires and couple of pumps where detached. Previously always had good experience, but not this time.

We had to wait for over an hour to pick up a truck even though we checked in online due to there being only one employee working and helping everyone. We would have cancelled and went to enterprise but we couldn't even figure out where to cancel. Wont use again

Sunday morning and a rather large site was staffed by one person. I felt bad for the guy and most of us waited >1 hour even with a reservation. The management team should've been able to forecast based on typical Sunday demand + pre-reservations (which everyone I talked to in line were already reserved) and have staffed accordingly.

Buy your employees the proper equipment they need to rent a truck. The employee used his personal cell phone to take a picture of my DL front and back, when I questioned him , he slid it to me and told me to do it myself. I was extremely shocked.

The actual staff were pleasant and helpful, but there were homeless individuals on the property who I was confused were staff and interacted with me as if they were such. Their presense interfered with my checkout of the vehicle. Also, I had some difficulty with the phone app, but the on site staff were helpful with resolving the problem.

They extorted entire day's charge for a friggin dolly as it was 3 hours late. Like seriously?! This is sheer greed and 0 consideration for the customer. I kept pleading I got delayed because my Amazon order got delayed by few hours and somehow rushed to move my stuff to my apartment which is on 3rd floor with no elevator. This is miserable.. I'll recommend nor would I want to come back at this UHaul again. Thanks for being so miserable.

Would be nice if the trailer was available at location I specified rather than have it 30 miles away at different time then have it canceled because I did not live it up at original time that was rescheduled by you to 4 pm???!!!???

I have used U-Haul many times before with no problem. However, today I was charge for some damage to the bumper--that I did not do! Plus, I never parked any where that another vehicle could have hit the bumper. I asked for prior photos of the Van but I was told they were not available... If this issue is not resolved favorably, I plan to take this issue to court--because the van was not damage during my position!

Horrible experience getting my uhaul rental. Had to wait a long time for customer service phone call since they froze my rental since someone “attempted” to use my Drivers license and had to clear that from my name. Then I received the wrong vehicle keys and had gone through all of the steps to check the vehicle for issues and damage. Uhauls new vehicle inspection via our phone is super tedious and takes a long time. The vehicles we received has a lot of damage too.

A) I was given the truck with very very little fuel - the gauge was on E and the "miles to empty" read 0 B) The location was incredibly understaffed, so it would have required a 1 hour wait for the clerk to actually service me to get me some gas

I have been in this location several times recently to buy boxes. The people who work here seem very unhappy and are not friendly at all! The day I rented the truck I dealt with Michael who was extremely rude and impatient with me! I was having trouble with the online portion of renting and he was reluctant to help me, then he through my credit card back at me once it was run. I called him out on his negative attitude and awful customer service and he could care less what I had to say. I'm a job recruiter and have interviewed thousands of people and can honestly say this guy would have never gotten past me. He needs some serious customer service training or needs find a new career!

Really disappointed i had to hunt someone down to assist with my rental pickup and then told it would be a fews because they were working on a car and no apologies for the delay. And hunting someone down took about 5 minutes. That is why below ave rate otherwise no diff than any other place rented before will rent again.

Trailer was not usable. There was a nail in a tire. Second trailer was in-op as well. Had to settle for an open trailer instead. Staff was friendly, though.

The truck I reserved some weeks ago was not available when we went to pick it up. It took multiple phone calls to finally get a truck (which delayed the move) and I was charged more than the price quoted on my original contract. It took an inordinate amount of time to check the truck and I would not recommend using U-Haul for a variety of reasons.

Apparently when I received my uhaul the gas was “a tick over” half a tank and when I returned it the gas was “at half a tank” thus I was charged a fee for bringing the uhaul back with less gas. I think that was extremely nit picky and very subjective statement that ended up costing me more money. My girlfriend and I had a terrible move and brining the uhaul back only to get a extra charge/rude customer service was very frustrating. I will not come back to this uhaul location in the future and will choose other uhaul rental locations in the future .
