Actually have the trailer at the location it was reserved at rather than one an hour away. Uhaul should have a driver that moves equipment to the location it was rented from so as not to have a “ bait and switch “ situation.

I showed up at 7:00am expecting the truck to be ready. It was trapped due to multiple vehicles which I was able to change out due to the “cant locate” button. After finding an accessible truck, I was not able to retrieve a key as no employee showed up on time. The first available person showed up at 8:15am, while the store states it is open at 7:00am. Me, along with another customer, made the complaint via chat and uhaul called a field service tech to come to the store. This experience was very disappointing.

This is the second time I have had trouble at this location. This time I was charged for gas when I brought the truck back with more gas than I left with. I filled up immediately after pick up because the truck was empty. I even have a receipt, but I was charged $7+ for gas. Not enough to fight about it, but enough for me to write a poor review on yelp and google

I’ve used vehicles from this location numerous times now always electing to do the mobile pickup option and when I arrive the vehicle assigned to me has never been on site and I end up having to go in and handle my reservation at the counter. There is no point in having a self service web option if the trucks you assign aren’t even at the location or they’re not the ones that can be accessed.

Easy pickup and super easy return. The tank was slightly more than half full to start, but they only marked half, which I appreciated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Horrible 24/7 pick up & return experience. I was not able to access to the car originally booked. I had to wait 1 hour before getting into a different truck, had to speak with more than 5 customer service agent. Upon returning the vehicle, it took me 30 minutes and speaking with another agent for a glitch in system. And this morning, I received an email that the truck was not returned. Gas is overcharged. Worst part is that the call center manager, Christian Lopez, whom I spoke with, replied “we still got you a truck” to my complaint about the process. I will not consider using uhaul again and will actively inform people around me and on internet.

Make sure your customers has the rental they want and need. Angel made a correction on my reservation for me. One way is is not... in town. I needed in town for several hrs only.

It seemed pretty short staffed and I felt bad for the guys working with so many customers. There were questions I had during the return but since you didn't staff your team properly, I wasn't able to speak to an attendant to.get those questions answered before my Lyft picked me up. The guys were working hard to assist people quickly. Make sure you have enough employees available for busy days, so staff available are able to assist all customers

I booked a vehicle online specificially at this location because they had the vehicle I wanted. When I showed up, turns out they didn't have the vehicle. They managed to make reasonable accommodations, however, 2 days after returning the vehicle I got a call U-Haul asking me to return the vehicle. I had 2 intense conversations over the phone regarding the confusion about the location of the vehicle. Finally, U-Haul employees managed to find the vehicle I returned 2+ plus days ago after basically being harassed over the phone. I will avoid renting a U-Haul ever again. Good luck!

When I picked up the truck it wasn’t full on gas but I assumed it was the meter that was wrong. When I finished my pick up and delivery, which was 12 miles not the 30 I quoted the gas filled completely up which means when I received it the gas was short at least 2 or 3 gallons. This isn’t the end of the world and I don’t want to see someone get fired over this but I certainly hold your standard of full tank just like you hold the standard of full tank. Just my thoughts. I have two photos to show the difference before I left and when I filled up. I tried to discuss with the employee on hand but he had another client and asked me to drop off at the box on the way out. Please advise if you want to provide a credit or just simply say sorry. Again, not a huge deal. If you want to see timing and photo proof I have it available. Thank you for providing a great truck for my move.
