Option to return and refund unused/unopened equipment or supplies.



My reservation at a facility near my apartment got cancelled somehow. As a result, I was given a new location at 5 miles distance from my place. I could have saved about $15 in mileage if I could use my earlier facility itself.

better customer service. When I signed the contract I did not notice they were charging me for a regular dolly. All I rented was the utility dolly. My friend, who was the driver, went in and they insisted on charging for the regular dolly although we were not returning one because we did not have one. It is not the money but the principal of the thing. I was remind once again to read before I sign and also that I will to use this UHaul again. My friend tried to argue with them that no dolly uwas returned but all they said, "she signed it to yo have to pay for it". Bad business. I am going in to complain to the manager. He was not there

To tell a customer that "they don't have a rest room" but I can go to Chipotie and use theirs. And allegedly the employees go down the street to Chipotle to use the rest room. Really?! What great neighbors u-haul is sending people to another business to use a rest room. Yeah you guys are great!

Didnt get the van I ordered

Rented a truck before 4pm for a 6am pickup the next morning using the app. I got confirmation and emails confirming my reservation and checked in on the app. The truck was not around when I arrived the next morning. I returned at 7 when the office opened and when I asked about why the truck wasn’t ready I was told that they can can only set up two early pick ups and that mine must have been 3+ reservation. I asked if there was anyway to know whether my truck would actually be ready or not and they said no. If an early pick up is not going to be ready there needs to be some sort of notification for the customer. Luckily my storage unit was nearby so the time wasn’t completely wasted but organizing rentals is based on time as I’m sure your company understands. The staff was very nice and the service was quick once we spoke to someone but I was annoyed that no one called me that the truck wouldn’t be ready given that I made the reservation more than 3 hours before close of business.

My rental reservation was changed by uhaul not by me I reserved a 26' truck and uhaul took it upon themselves to change it to a 20' with no explanation it was a real inconvenience because I needed that 26' I also received incorrect information from uhaul via text on the return time of the rental..I'm very dissatisfied with my whole experience I definitely will never use uhaul again..

Employees on time. Not have a reservation cancelled the day before even though I pre paid. Not charging the customer $100 more dollars what was prepaid. After this experience I will not only share poor opinions with my friends and family about Uhaul, I will never use Uhaul again.

Tow dolly had electrical issues (right blinker not working) gave to us anyways, another uhaul had to fix it and we couldn't make our lease signing in time.

Nice folks at this location. Good attention to customers. Online check in worked well. The lights were not connecting on the trailer and I figured out the connector on my truck needed to be cleaned because of oxidation. I keep a small wire brush in the tool bag and was able to remedy the situation quickly. All lights worked on the trailer once this was done. Might train the trailer hook up staff to check for clean connectors. They kept saying it was probably a fuse which didn't make sense since all my truck lights were working. Some electrical contact spray and a SS brush would be good for them to keep on hand. Trailer pulled without an issue and worked out great for moving furniture on a day without weather concerns. .

The truck was littered with damage all over the truck. It did operate as needed but physical damage was marked with stickers everywhere. You have to ask yourself, are the just collecting for damage and never do repairs
