The 17' truck we rented should not have been rented to anyone. We rented the truck the night before, so that we could use it early the next morning. While driving on the high-way, we noticed that the steering-wheel handled extremely loose. We had to drive slowly the entire trip going and coming. The manager could have been a bit more understanding also. She was some what rude in her response to my concerns regarding the way the contract had been separated. I wanted to pay the remaining balance on a separate card and the manager did not accommodate me. Things could have been handled better.

The staff could have told me when they gave me my storage unit and they had a rodent problem and that when I went into the unit that I would see a big Rodent Baiter in my unit. Instead of the gentleman waiting on me telling me this he did not say anything and it threw me off.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The inside of the facility were you conduct business in and buy moving supplies boxes and etc. was very clean and well organized.The only issue is they should have told me that They have a rodent issue and that upon me entering the storage unit I was assigned that there would be a large Rodent Baiter In there. The gentleman should Have asked me if I was OK with that or if I wanted a different storage unit.

What a pain. I reserved a 15' truck at a location near me four days in advance. When I got there, after waiting for 10 minutes in line, they said my reservation was moved to another location 10 minutes away. When I got to the other location they said they were out of 15' trucks and I was upgraded to a 26' truck, which is huge and a pain to drive. All I was moving was a fridge! There wasn't space at two gas stations to fill it up upon return, so I had to pay more with uhaul to cover gas. The whole thing was a pain.

I have been renting uhauls from this location for years. This was the 1st time I had a bad experience. The handle to roll the window up and down was broke, the knob to turn the lights on was broke and the door ajar light kept coming on because the drivers door didn't close all the way you had to keep slamming the door.

Truck I had, made grinding noises. Gear box or rear axle needs maintenance. Gas cap loose indicator was on the entire time. Manager that took care of me was good and knowledgeable.

Mike went above and beyond to help us when we picked up .I ordered online and my phone messed up so i had to enter facilities to finish.5 people in front of me we were still on our way in less than 15 minutes!! Upon returning the truck outside it literally took 3 minutes.Best Uhaul experience ever.I have used Uhaul alot over the years.

The only problem was I had to wait about 20 minutes just to get a copy of my receipt. I was offered a e-receipt when I returned the van outside, but I thought for me it would be just as easy to go in the office and pick it up. Boy was I wrong. The person that works inside was out in the yard handling a trailer pick up or return. No one was in the office.

To begin with the move in experience at the Rockside (Bedford, Oh.) facility have not been great. When we were first assigned a unit and went to move, it was discovered that the unit belonged to someone else. Then we were assigned another unit. After moving into that unit and being there for a few days, once again it was discovered that the unit was attached to someone else. So, again we had to be assigned another unit and told that we had to be out of that unit in 24hrs. Thank goodness we hadn't moved everything in at that time. In addition to that, the first person that signed us up supposedly attached an alternate name to our account and we haven't a clue who this person is. Seemingly, they just found someone who's last name is the same as ours and attached them to our account. At the time of purchasing the unit we were never asked for an alternate name. This name was discovered when purchasing our current unit. We were also told that the name cannot be removed from our account until we renew our contract. I think this is ridiculous!!! Perhaps I do not understand the process. It seems that it should just be a matter of deleting the name and making the correction. This was no fault of ours!! So needless to say, the first impressions have not been favorable. The professionalism is really not great. Seriously, thinking about finding another storage company, especially, if this type of service continue. This is our third move in less than a month. We will see what happens next! Hope that we can stay put. We have also been customers for several years at the Broadway facility in Bedford, Ohio and have never experienced this type of service. Really not happy!!! Currently, unless things change, I will not recommend this facility. Thank you for taking the time to read this info. I would appreciate a response.

I initially book a truck with Budget, but their process was so flawed and their local agencies so unprofessional that I chose to use U-Haul. I should have just went with U-Haul in the beginning. I will be doing another move at the end of September. For that move I will definitely use your organization.

Could use longer hours to access my storage unit as it was closed to us at 7:00 pm EST. Most storage places stay available until 10: 00 pm EST. The billing needs to go out at least 5 days in advance, always got billed the day of being due.

I received an email shortly after making my reservation that my storage would be at 19000 Rockside Rd. There was no mention of having to go to the Broadway location to do anything.
