One thing you can do to improve for the next customer is provide vehicles that are already filled. I unfortunately got a vehicle that was 1/4 filled. Since I am moving appliances from one city to another, I am not aware of how much money to put in the gas tank. Well, I put $60.00 in. When my vehicle was returned, the gas tank was 3/4 filled. I am very upset that I put that much in the gas tank and will not get at least half back. I hate receiving vehicles not filled up and I don't think that is fair. My experience will be a perfect experience if I can get $30.00 back for my gas. But I know that will not happen.Desiree J.

John at the Bedford Hts facility was amazing helpful and accommodating. However, while I was in in Florida and had my things in storage it was extremely hard to contact the Bedford facility directly. Seems every time I called I get rerouted all the time and told that their line was constantly busy and unable to get a live person. People would tell me tell that they were emailing someone from there and texting but I would never receive a call back. I don’t actually believe anyone sent them messages to call me. It was very frustrating. I actually had to have my fiancé stop in there for me. Which is why I’m so surprised bc John has been so wonderful and helpful and I’m sure he would have been for the year I was out of town and had billing issues while I was away with my auto deduction from my account bc it never set up right. That’s the only unfortunate part and inconvenient part of my 15 month storage stay. But Bedford Hts was it set was great.Aimie R. | Overall Experience

They did a great job. My only issue is I called the day before & I was told the car would be there all day. Consequently, I had my wife follow me to U-Haul. The manager who did a great job said the car would be ready in 90 minutes, which it was. If I would have known I would have just waited for my car instead of my wife & I having to drive there twice.Mark R.

I accidentally filled the gas tank full and all you offered was a $15 credit when I clearly added atleast $30. I rent 2-3 uhual a week from this location and it was just off putting seeing them not be able to credit me more for my mistake. The Entrance at the door needs to be leveled bcoz there is a crack and as I pushed some end tables through it causes one to fall off and break! I’m hoping I can fix it and I’m sure I’m not the first complaint about that! Also I just got back driving across country and has some garbage that needed thrown away and there is no garbage can in sight!! Only a litttle tiny one in the bathroom! I couldn’t believe there isn’t a garbage can anywhere! Also I’m supposed to get 7 days with the truck and trailer and the trailer I picked the trailer up the next night but also I picked it up in phoenix AZ and left there at around 10 am which If I get 7 full days I shouldn’t have return till that time I returned in Ohio and there is a 3 hour time difference so It should be returned by 1pm in ohio to make a full 7 days! I was getting harassed to hurry up because it said not should be returned at 10 in ohio but that means I’m punished for 3 hour time difference! If I fly to Phx and leave here at 9am and land there at 10am doesn’t mean it took an hour becasue it’s still a 4 hour flight and same goes coming from PHOENIx If i take off at 9 am and land at 4 pm that’s 7 hrs but the flight is still 4 hrs not 7hrs! I would like to see that get fixed and I’m hoping I don’t get charged for late return because if that happens then I didn’t get my full 7 days and that’s not fair to the customers! My ONLY concern: there are two buzzer systems in which needed to be utilized before entry; yet, they are not as clear to show which needs to be used first and in what order. That is confusing.
