I have problems with payment when I was promised a free month they took the money anyway said three times. They were gone to reverse it and didn’t, and then ended up charging me a late fee. I finally got it taken care of but it was an issue and then when I went to get my stuff out of storage Saturday. There was an issue. None of the doors worked except the front door so we had to hold it open so everyone getting their stuff out had to use the same door and according to the lady upfront at the register, the doors have been broken for a Wow. I’m not sure why she said that was such confidence because that should be fixed right away and she actually said for months really did not seem concerned that people were having an issue getting into their storage facility but it’s probably not her fault since she’s just working out front. She doesn’t own the place.
