JAMES F | Overall ExperienceBetween jacking up rent on customers like myself who had long term storage there to cover bs conversions of un climate control areas to climate control which other then moving a few walls that was it. Our rates should have been locked in place and new renters could have paid the higher price. To being lied to while moving out being told the dock doors weren't working which turned out to be a huge lie. I had to move many many times via wheeled carts in the pouring rain in 35 degrees weather. I now am fighting with pneumonia due to lies told by your uhaul bedford office. I would recommend you guys to house a dog in a ditch if it meant he had a roof over his head for a day out of fear you would tell him he could stay for free for a night then the following morning tell him he owes a week's worth.
