Staff was great everytime I needed them. When I moved out of my unit there was water in it from a leak in the roof.

stacy r | First ImpressionsI was not happy with my time storing here. Many times I came before 9pm and couldn’t get in the building it was locked down tight. When I moved out I showed everyone inside I moved out and as of last night they still had not closed out my units. But told me it would be taken care of. Most of the people that work here are friendly for the most part.

That was literally all my kids & I had left before loosing are home . A lot of stuff was sentimental belongings to my father & sister that passed on & i will never get that stuff back …. will never ever deal with Uhaul again .. There to expensive & they do not care about there customers or there belongings!
