I will never use U-Haul again. Finding a location to return the truck to was a nightmare. I was also never worn that I wouldn't be able to return a van to a location other than the one I picked it up from originally, and I really would've liked to of known about that prior. My answer is yes but do everything online and checkin with ur phone. More no if u have to go into the store. I will just assume the staff may have been having a tough day. The staff was pleasant. No one was wearing a mask and they were a bit combative when I advised my credit card was on file. But I appreciated them continuing to check in the system after telling me several times it wasn't in the system. They did end up locating the information. As a business owner I'm huge on customer service. A customer should never know more about basic practices than the employees of the business, especially since I've been using u-haul for over 30 years. The return vehicle person was outstanding! Staff was very polite and helpful. More than enough dollies and convenient access. I really loved the drive in access, considering it protects you from rain or snow when you want to go into your store. It definitely makes loading and uploading a truck. Overall it would have been perfect I got there before the end of the storage hours the door did not open it unlocked but it did not open all the way me and the movers had to push the door open with our own body strength one person had to keep it held open for us to bring our stuff in to the storage area very inconvenient the automatic door did not open it was a very heavy door way over 200 pounds or more to have to push the door open by yourself and hold it open to move and bedroom furniture boxes large pieces was a very very horrible inconvenienceSamantha R. | Online Move In

To begin with the move in experience at the Rockside (Bedford, Oh.) facility have not been great. When we were first assigned a unit and went to move, it was discovered that the unit belonged to someone else. Then we were assigned another unit. After moving into that unit and being there for a few days, once again it was discovered that the unit was attached to someone else. So, again we had to be assigned another unit and told that we had to be out of that unit in 24hrs. Thank goodness we hadn't moved everything in at that time. In addition to that, the first person that signed us up supposedly attached an alternate name to our account and we haven't a clue who this person is. Seemingly, they just found someone who's last name is the same as ours and attached them to our account. At the time of purchasing the unit we were never asked for an alternate name. This name was discovered when purchasing our current unit. We were also told that the name cannot be removed from our account until we renew our contract. I think this is ridiculous!!! Perhaps I do not understand the process. It seems that it should just be a matter of deleting the name and making the correction. This was no fault of ours!! So needless to say, the first impressions have not been favorable. The professionalism is really not great. Seriously, thinking about finding another storage company, especially, if this type of service continue. This is our third move in less than a month. We will see what happens next! Hope that we can stay put. We have also been customers for several years at the Broadway facility in Bedford, Ohio and have never experienced this type of service. Really not happy!!!
