Initial reservation was pine valley . It was not set up properly to be picked up at 6. . Customer service helped and sent me to Towerline but I ended up being one hour behind a very tight schedule . Somehow with all the confusion the bill turned out being more than initially quoted . Not a good overall experience especially since I visited the Pinevally location the day before to see the pick up procedure and to make sure I had no problems as I had a busy day . Love the stuff that works there. Very professional very friendly. With that being said. Yes I have a disturbing thought on my head. Why everytime I end out paying extra. Just like last time I paid an extra amount for unnecessary reasons. And this one an extra feed because after hours services. Like that's kinda uncomfortable to bear with. I don't mind paying extra for reasonable reasons. But look let's take this last one for example. I made a reservation end out taking the trailer after my reserved time I rented for 8hours I can back just about 15 mins of not less from my returning time. Got charged a extra $20 just for it. It's not even worth it to go there and make myself look cheap but cmon there's situation where it needs to be balanced as a client knows no one is re renting it at 8pm and I was just some mins late.Miguel C.

Please make sure I can drop it off at the original location I picked to drop it off in the first place. It is ridiculous that we get told that we cannot drop off a uhaul because the place "has no space" when there was tons of room. Also I don't mind staying on hold for 20 minutes for a customer rep so I could talk to them about the drop off but the guy I spoke to was not very pleasant to speak to and very unprofessional and confrontational at the start therefore making me annoyed and also confrontational. Honestly would not recommend uhaul to my friends as I was treated poorly.SEAN J.

When I originally book I requested 24hrs since I needed to leave belongings in UHaul overnight. I received a call asking if I could move my pickup to Towerline and that they would explain how to return vehicle. When I arrived for my booking the agent said I needed to return it by 11:00pm and that THEY do not do overnight bookings and if I was late I would be charged $250 + another rental fee. After pleading with agent they agreed to a 6:00am return. I am very disappointed and will NEVER recommend this location.James A.

The 26ft truck we rented had a driver's side mirror that was broken. It wouldn't stay in one spot, which was useless. Interior lights hanging from a cord. Engine was not smooth and I could hear it from the follow car behind it. It shook the truck so loudly when slowing down or speeding up. How is this vehicle saftied??? The girl at the front couldn't complete my check in easily because she had to constantly answer the phone so it took much longer than needed.Kevin J.

I was extremely disappointed with the first trailer; the electrical was not working and the testing tool the attendant used to check the trailer functionality was also broken. that's right two broken tools. I was told my truck was broken and was asked to use a different vehicle. I left and returned with my other truck and same issue same trailer; i asked attendant if i could test another trailer and low and behold, everything worked fine. So I left and returned for no reason and actually had to buy a towing sleeve and ball from the facility. I'm not happy as i had an unexpected charge of $25+tax and wasted an additional hour. Picked up trailer at 6:30pm on Thu... was to return it next day but was told that anytime after Fri 6:30pm, I would pay for another day. I told attendant that was silly since its not like they would be able to rent it after that since they were closed. Mentioned that I would likely be back around Fri 9:30pm latest so it would be there prior to following day. Contract was then written up and was told that if I returned it after 6:30pm, I would be charged for the second day... BUT if I then returned it after the 9:30pm time I had mentioned I would then be charged for a 3rd day... excuse for this insanity was..."that's the contract"... At this point, my response was to then rent it for full 2 days then... Was then charged for 2 days BUT not told this was a pre-approval so thought I was done. When I dropped it off Fri at 8:30pm, I checked it in through the app and was told I then owed $33 which was 1 days rental... I refused to pay based on thinking I had already paid for 2 days.... long story short... The UHaul computer system decided it should only charge me for 1 day since I had only been a few hours late... Even the billing system actually had more common sense than the person behind the counter.Pascal P.

The only negative experience I had was when I moved out of the unit. The UHaul representative said she would check me out of of the unit shortly after I provided confirmation that I had moved out and was leaving the facility. First of all, I would like to thank for high quality services at U-Haul. I began my interacton with this company in Winnipeg when I rented trailer for moving from Manitoba to Ontario. Staff was polite and clarified all questions how to use equipment and special features of U-Haul services. So I was sure that during long trip I can phone and get the advices at any time if necessary. One of convenience thing was free month storage in London, Ontario in addittion to renting of trailer in Winnipeg, because I need to leave my stuff for minimum 5-7 days before move in. At U-Haul brench on 95 Towerline Pl, London Ontario I got a fast and understandable service: all paper work, time of vailable to storage. Moreover, I was offered convenience size of storage, so I made sure to fit in all my stuff. In one of the day my vehicle was broken and I couldn't start my engine, so I need to towing my car to auto centre. It happened when I loaded my stuff on the territory of U-Haul. The guys from U-haul helped me to find towing company and recommended me the nearest car centre to resolve my problem. It was important for me because I was at first time in London.
