I dealt with one man and one woman upon pickup. They were the most professional U haul employees with which I've ever interacted. They knew the process, were cordial, and were prompt. When a minor issue arose with the card type/deposit amount, they were quick to confir about probable root causes and were able to produce a solution promtly. They worked well together.
When I dropped off my equipment a woman was quick to unhook my trailer and check in my two dollies. This was one of the easiest, fastest, most pleasant experience I've had at Uhaul in my 6+ years of regular business among various locations. Keep these employees as long as you can manage.

Usually this place is great. But the gentleman helping me wasn’t. I tried to talk to him and he stared into space and didn’t answer me. He looked very angry as if to stop himself from blowing up at me. I did not feel safe around him. He helped me with the result and removing the wires and chains but personality wise I would never interact with him again. All of the staff in my times at this location have been great- just not this time. I’d run the other way if I saw him again. Maybe he had a hard day or was angry that I came into the store? But I am a customer and I should not feel like I will be threatened walking in. Maybe he was in the spectrum? That’s a possibility as well? He needs customer service training if he stays at your store. Thank you

I have rented trucks from this location several times over the years and the customer service has always been very good. Yesterday however when I went to pick up the truck the staff was less than helpful. I walked in to see a somewhat older employee on the computer. At first I was ignored. I said excuse me. He said nothing other than “he’ll take you down at the end”. I proceeded to walk to the end of the counter to a younger guy who was absolutely miserable. He barely spoke and when he did it was rude. While I was standing there another customer had called because she didn’t know where to park the truck she had rented. His response after hanging up was “put it back where you fucking got it”. His coworker, a young girl with blonde hair had to be pulled away from her cellphone to assist me because he just walked away and said “take care of that”. No hello from her or anything just highlighted some info, handed me my paperwork, said “he’s outsize with your truck”. I get having a crappy day at work but this was uncalled for. I was also charged for gas that I shouldn’t have been charged for because I had already replaced it. I didn’t receive that invoice until the next day. I’m not even going to bother calling them and saying anything simply because I don’t want to waste my time. I have never received such poor customer service…anywhere. I’m just hoping that no one else had this experience at this location.

It seemed that the tires weren't aligned properly, as the truck felt like it was bouncing, regardless of whether it was loaded or not. Great and speedy. Only thing I suggest is not on the store location but your website. The website lists it as a drop off only, not giving the option to wait when it's a full service uhaul location with waiting area and storage lockers. I had my fiance follow me to just be told I can wait and won't take longer than an hour which is what the instalation documents said, and wasted time and gas.

Three negative points. No one was going to go over the truck with me (i.e., how to open rear overhead door, where gas goes, etc). I had to ask the employee to show me these things. No one told me that I would get a text to confirm the condition of the equipment before leaving the facility. When I got home, I had the text from Uhaul, which no longer would work. When I called, I was told it only works at the location. If I had known this, I would have done so at the location. I took pictures of all the pre-existing damage to the truck and had to call to Uhaul to have notes mentioning this situation. And finally, we rented additional blankets which we believed would be credited back to our account if not used. When I returned the truck to the destination facility, I was told that there was no refund when we returned the unopen bags of blankets.

This was just an after hours drop off so I had no interaction with anyone. The drop off area was full so I had to park on the other side of the building. Instructions should've been given by the pick up location that when I drop it off, I'd have to take a bunch of pictures before dropping the keys in the box. Fortunately, I opened the app and realized I needed to do that just as I was dropping off the keys.

I had to wait in excess of 30 minutes to pick up the trailer. There wasn't enough personnel at the location. Same state on returning the trailer. I decided to use the app to do the return, disconnected the trailer, took and uploaded the pics and left the trailer in the driveway.

I paid for this storage unit for several years and when the decision came for my family to clean it out and consolidate what was in there, we were unable to use the dumpster located at the facility to get rid of what we were no longer keeping. After paying several thousand dollars to use the storage unit to then have to rent a truck to dispose of our garbage soured me on the whole experience and I will not recommend U-Haul storage to people as there are many other options available.

I came here specifically because online it says if you rent a truck, you get a month free of the storage unit then when I got there, I was told it was online thing only and not at that location. then I was specifically told that I could come and go at any time throughout the night into my storage unit that I had paid for and when I got there, it was locked and closed and I had to wait till six in the morning to get my stuff into the storage unit. I was only there for 13 days to use the storage unit was very unhappy with the whole situation. I feel like I should get my money back or some of it back because I wasn’t even there for a month and I paid $150 for a storage unit that I didn’t agree to I asked for one that you can pull up to and she completely ignored me and gave me one in the way back corner that you couldn’t pull up to. I will ever come back to this location or use it as storage unit at U-Haul ever again and I won’t recommend it to anybody ever!! Very unhappy and disappointed with everything here

I really appreciate the employees at this facility. They were super friendly and very helpful. I’m in a big transition in my life and wasn’t quite sure how to handle moving, but they went out of their way to help me and answer all my questions! I think the person I spoke with the most is named Ally? They were literally the best! And the person who works outside collecting the Uhuals, very nice and super hardworking! It’s seems like it’s always busy at this location, but he always keeps the line/drop off moving fast! Will definitely recommend this location to anyone moving!

Only negative comment I have is that management of this U-haul facility clearly allows people to rent their units as a places of business, which has always been illegal in other states where we have lived. One business unit (I saw them working and moving product every time I went to my storage unit.) is right next to the large access door, so ingress/egress was always very difficult for me; and their cars were always blocking that dock door as well. However, I’m not giving a lower rating because everyone was kind and respectful whenever I asked them to move; I simply should not have had to do that every time (literally) I went to my storage unit.

I was super disappointed in the storage facility. My unit was covered in cobwebs and debris. It was absolutely freezing inside with no good lighting so it’s dark in my unit. If I hadn’t just paid $130 for a U-Haul!to move it all in, I wouldn’t have unloaded all of my belongings into the space. I will definitely be using the next month to move somewhere better. I moved from a storage unit that was $75 a month, indoors, beautiful facility to this for almost double the price. Not worth the price- I’m very upset.

You have to wait ,and be patient staff is short and times are changing nothing is as it was but the staff that is there working hard to make sure you get what you need, thank you for being so helpful !

Staff was very, very helpful. Even though extremely busy two of the young women were particularly excellent. I’m sorry I don’t know their names, but one help me check in and get everything arranged; the other helped me get a very large and heavy item into my storage room. (I hope she doesn’t get in trouble for helping me, she was an excellent example of your helpful staff.)

Great site and the staff was awesome. However making the reservation was a pain. I was told that I could do it online but the site will allow multiple ppl to make the same reservation. So I called - waited over 2 hours on hold and finally got to talk to someone. This made me think that I had the reservation. When I went into the store the next day, the staff told me the same thing - I still might not have it since the system allows multiple ppl to book the same space. Luckily I did get it - but that’s a really frustrating and upsetting system.

Did not have the storage size that I had already reserved weeks ahead of time. Not sure why the system would let someone make a reservation for a unit that is not available. Very frustrating after driving for 3 days to move.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this facility! The only reason I moved out was it was no longer necessary for me to house my belongings. The people at the registers were always very friendly and helpful. I would choose to do business with again, and will definitely recommend them to friends!

There was one problem. In this facility, there is a drive-in option to get you out of the weather. Very nice, out of the weather and close to the storage unit. The issue is the floor is finished in a gloss polish. When I stepped out of my truck, my foot slipped and I fell to the ground. My while I understand the effort to keep the facility clean, I would suggest changing the floor finish to a "sand imbedded or textured" surface. Other than that, great people, gre3at site.

Used the "rent now" feature online to receive "free" disc lock. Unit was locked with a padlock and no "free" lock was provided. Employees stated that it was not included and I had to purchase a lock for $10 - 12. Other than the awful 1st attempt to get my unit, things are great. Just glad I didn't try to access the unit after 7 without any assistance for this debacle.
