After paying for a climate controlled unit. I found my brand new kitchen cabinets with moisture damage and mold. Also found some black mold in some packaged items as well. Saw enough daylight at the back wall on the bottom to understand where it came from.

No compensation and TERRIBLE customer service with agents that couldn’t help! No offer to make it right! Now I don’t have helpers to help me move and I had 4 of them on the day I was supposed to get the truck!

He was able to manage the work load and still give excellent customer service. People who know how to handle demanding people and know the different aspects of their job are hard to find these days. As a senior citizen, most of us do not "do" apps and the app was not loading on my Android phone. (It kept saying "Loading,...Loading...) Mara was professional and caring, she assisted me to get the rental contract completed in a manner that satisfied an older person who does not use apps. Mara provided clear instructions and follow-through. Mara deserves a merit increase and recognition for her customer-service focus. My only comment is that Mara could smile more! Thank you.
