Being ablento get everything done was a good experience. The bad experience was all the mistakes from the staff when it came to renting. - Phoned in around 3pm to get a uhaul for 24 hours and wanted to pick it up at 5:15pm; wasn't a problem and everything was arranged by the female operator. - Arrived at 5:15pm; persona t the front counter had no information about me for that time; after waiting someone helped him and found out that it was for 5:15pm the next day for pick up; they made a few corrections and were able to get me a uhaul at about 5:50pm; i made sure to let the know all the details including how i needed it for 24 hours; they said no problem. - The next day while i was moving things in into my new appartment at 9:25am i get a message a text message that my time is coming to it's limit and the uhaul has to be returned by 9:30am even though i reserved it for 24hours(5:50pm-5:50pm from when i got it); then i get a phone call saying its late; i explain that i had it reserved for 24 hours and that they are mistaken; they make adjustments and ask for it to be back by 1pm. - Try to make sure that the operators and those working on the computer at the store get the reservations right the first and at least the second time for a better experience for customers.

The back of the van had not been swept out. The check out that the customer has to do (including taking photos) to avoid a $19 drip off fee us ridiculous. And just a thought? If I customer is renting your vehicle for a shirt time, why are you charging mileage? Can't you build that into your "generous" $19.99 per day (which ends up being much more) advertised rate? Disappointed.

I rented a trailer and it was not clean but it did not matter as I was using it to move dirt and waste. The tailgate with chain latches is not the best. The trailer hitch with screw is sometimes difficult to turn i did return it clean.

Your employees were using their personal phones to take photos of people's drivers licences - this is not super legal. When told so they argued with us and got super unprofessional.

i have one billing issue going on with them because of their lack off service. if they resolve that problem easily then they are excellent otherwise i would rate this location very poor THANK YOU..

The woman I initially spoke to in the store personally didn’t understand what I was saying. Two days before rental a woman over the phone told me for the first time I needed a credit card in which I don’t have then had to speak to someone else. After paying to rent a dolly there wasn’t one available, was given one with a loose tire, refused it then then was given one with a flat tire I couldn’t use at all. Wish it was better organized.

I booked Truckshare online and got to location, no truck. I waited 40minutes before being served and had to fill out a new rental agreement (which I had already done online). I got a van as there was still no truck. I missed my booked elevator time at the new building. I would not recommend this service or location to anyone.

The trailer chains and receiver were absolutely caked in grease- excessively. Had to buy gloves to remove and reattach trailer

Our original drop off location was in Ancaster and we were told they had 24 hour drop off, however when we arrived it was closed and gated off so we had to drive another half hour to this location. All in all the Uhaul experience added over 4 extra hours to our move.

It is unfortunate that there is not place to park personal vehicles on site, but the staff was very helpful, pointing out where I could park my car for close (for free), while I was using the Uhaul.

my storage unit got robbed well i kept my stuff here the camera footage of the robbery was dark and blurry and there was some other problem also

My unit leaked water every time it rained. I was sometimes provided blankets to put in the corner to soak up water. After I vacated the unit have continuously being charged late fees and harassed.
