The verification and approval process for self-pickup was horrible. It is not productive that your business waits until the last minute for this process. I suggest you perform this process before the pickup date and time because that wastes customers time. Also your online system needs improvement as it is not very user friendly and glitches a lot. I will not be using this process again.Krystal D.

Guys on the ground were great. 24/7 truck share service was cumbersome, not really worth it. Definitely slowed things down instead of speeding them up like intended.GREGORY V.
Disappointed in the time it took to get out of the facility, I have even called to let them know I was in a rush. The rep also took a picture of my ID on his personal cellphone, I have never seen that, also they close at 4pm. Who closes at 4pm?Zoraida M.

Staff here was amazing I was assisted immediately. The employees here will advise you if your unsure what you need, if you let them know they will help you pick whats needed to finish your task. I wont rent a uhaul any where else love this location. Had a lot of bad experiences at other ones but this one is exceptional especially customer service.Ciara B.

1. The 12v plug-in port was in-op. Therefore I couldn't call or text on my trip. 2. The radio clicked off on its own every 30-45 minutes and showed an aux-in device control message. Really? 3. I'd like a review of my bill. When Justin called to confirm my reservation, he reduced my rate and informed me that taxes would still have to be added. However, everything else stayed the same, yet the grand total did not reduce. How come? 4. My request was to have you email me, not text. Please remove my number from your system and *never* text or call me again. 5. Kindly shred all my personal information. Some people *never* listen. From the link you sent me, your system is not secure and I have a major challenge with that.. 6. I took exception to receiving a call, minutes after my reservation was confirmed, asking me to make another reservation, for my next trip. You must really be hard up for business if that's the way you try to get business. Kindly delete my file after I return the truck, as that the transaction will be history. 7. If everyone in your company has access to any client's information, that is a violation of our privacy, our first amendment right. 8. Nobody showed me where the spare tire was, should I get a flat.Christiane B.
