Kouame K | Overall ExperienceOverall, my experience was great with U-Haul Storage. My only complaint would have to be when I lost my keys to the "pad-lock" on my unit. Instead of letting me either cut the lock off myself or even pick the lock, which im very proficient at doing, I was forced to either pay $50 to have an employee cut it off or hire a locksmith at probably double the price! So I paid the $50 then had to fork over an additional $20 for a new lock! I can see maybe $15 or $20 at the absolute most to cut a lock! I mean it took all of 3 minutes for him to cut it off and be done!
