We ordered a utility dolly, but it was not with the uhaul when we picked it up. We would like a refund for the dolly. Second, the uhauls were all so packed together that it was difficult to extract our uhaul.Nicholas K.

Trailer (motorcycle) was full of glass and pop cans and old leaves. Didn't notice when I pulled out (clear glass) leaves are common in anything outside. Went to put new motorcycle in the trailer and had to use edge of boot to scrape glass out of the tire tracks. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but busy.Benjamin S.
I think you should explain your fees before processing the application your truck says 1995 but there's a $14 charge for insurance $11 and something charge processing fee and these were not told to me until I was supposed to pay that should be explained at the very beginning the gentleman processing me was very kindMitchell L.

The dolly and blanket bag mounted at the gate entrance makes it difficult to load large items. I had to remove the dolly and inorder to lad my pallets raise the blanket bag with a broom handleShelby W.

When I made my reservation, I appreciated Caleb's suggestion that as I would be moving furniture and heavy rain and winds were predicted, I might do better w/a box truck instead of a pickup. The lady who helped me was nice, when I had to return the rental van the street was closed both way by cops for some safety reasons, she allowed me to bring next day without extra charge and waived off some miles since those were not my fault anyway. Very easy to work withSatish S.

This is the first time I got a really old , tough-riding truck with nearly 100,000 miles on it. The driver's side windshield shade literally fell off while I was driving! It was a one day rental for a short move, but had to drive 1.5hr one way...I felt I spent 3 hrs on the worst massage chair of my life. I think you need a new truck.Diane K.

The quality of the vehicle itself was poor. In need of an alignment, the steering wheel shook horribly when I got on the highway. After putting gas in the truck, the gas needle was all over the place. It shot up to full, then empty, then slowly rose to halfway, then back down to empty, before finally coming back up past the halfway mark. I sat for 3 minutes waiting for it to stop fluctuating (I have a 1:26 video of this happening). Upon arrival this morning to finalize everything, the guy at the counter couldn't find the key, and continued to ask if I was sure I put it in the drop box, which I assured him I had. He stated to me â€œwell both boxes are empty, and my boss said he doesn't have itâ€. He walked outside, and never returned. So I stood there...waiting for him to come back. Another guy comes in, and says he'll help who's next. I asked â€œwell did he ever find the key?â€ Apparently he did, because I was asked my last name, he typed some things in the computer, and asked if I wanted a receipt. I asked him â€œhow much was itâ€, his reply was â€œa receipt will show youâ€. I showed him the video of the gas needle fluctuations on the vehicle, and to that his reply was â€œit's just a rentalâ€. This rental was for someone else who choose this particular location, otherwise my business and money would've gone somewhere else. This is not the 1st time I've been disappointed in the service at this location, but it will be the last. The workers need serious attitude adjustments. They speak like robots, no hospitality. This is the closet Uhaul place to me, but I will absolutely go elsewhere next time.Jennifer T.

The associate that finally rented me the roll on trailer was good, but other than that my experience was terrible. I had a reservation for an auto transport for moving to another state and when I showed up the day of the move I was told there was no equipment available. I had already scheduled my utilities off and had to leave before the huge snow storm on Monday and was forced to leave my car behind in Pennsylvania. Super sucks. No good. Should've called me and told me. I even asked if there was anything available far away that I could go get, and got blank stares. Then i spent hours with managers on the phone and driving to multiple locations and they never even offered as much as a discount for the crazy inconvenience. Just bad.Kenneth W.

This is a city location, so not ideal for pickup from the suburbs. It was the only location in a 50 mile radius that had a cargo trailer. The pickup and hookup were quick and simple. A new employee initially did the hookup and a seasoned employee stepped in and made adjustments so it was safe. We appreciated the extra effort. We also were sent many confirmation emails which gave us piece of mind. Would definitely recommend this location and the UHaul 800 customer service line. Also great folks and helpful.John I.

Don't get me wrong. I love U Haul and have been renting trucks from you guys for as long as i can remember. I do have to say, the storage rental experience with you guys was not a good one. First off I reserved an outside/drive up unit but upon arrival i was informed by the girl at the office that there were no more outside,drive up units available and was given an inside 2nd floor unit and was told this the only unit available. There is a set of 12-14 steps you had to climb to get to my unit. This was excruciating having to move a three bedroom house having to climb these stairs with home furniture. This facility should be equiped with ramps. You guys supplied carts but what's the use of carts when you have to climb a flight of steps.
