This is odd--in the first set you ask if the equipment is clean and in the second if the location is clean. It's clean. Inviting? No. Not at all. Signage for entering/exiting was a bit confusing. Personnel? Vincent was great! Caleb (behind the counter) has an award-winning smile that is wonderfully welcoming! The two surly female employees standing immediately outside the door, smoking while unpacking a palette? They were super-off-putting!

The truck I rented smelled on cigarette smoke that was really bad that I got a headache. I would not rent a truck again if that let people smoke in there rentals.

It was one of my most horrible experience in the past few years. This store is extremely disorganized or understaffed. On top of which, there was a woman in the store who was extremely unprofessional, or does not even know how to respect person. First, I called the store 2 weeks ago and they promised a hitch installment on that day. The day prior when I was calling to confirm this app, I was told they do not have the hitch in the store and the ordered hitch may or may not arrive before our app and if not, I need to reschedule with them. My moving is carefully coordinated and I already booked a non-refundable hotel on route later that day. I do not understand why you took my reservation when you were not sure if the utilities would be available in 2 WEEKS? Luckily, the hitch was delivered to the store in time. Second, I was asked to drop off my car "BEFORE 7AM" at the store to have the hitch installed. When I arrived the store at 6:50AM, the woman in the store rudely asked me to get out and come back after 7. The weather was freezing outside at that time, and my parents who were in their 70s had to stand outside by the store. Third, I was told the hitch installation would take 1 hr or so. However it turned out to be 4 HOURS!!!! The person who was doing the labor (his name is Michael) has been running in and out serving a lot of customers, and the installation got interrupted from time to time. It seems he and the other African American guy were doing all the jobs while the woman was just making phone calls once in a while. We have pretty tight moving schedule that day and this amount of time is too far away from what we were told at the beginning, and completely unacceptable. Third, during the long waiting hours, the woman in the store treated us without any courtesy or respect. After the hitch was installed, I waited in line for the payment and paperwork, and soon became the first in line. However Michael who did the labor and thus were the only person who could do my paperwork ran out of the store to help another customer. We waited for another 30minutes there, and then when Michael came back. At this moment the woman yelled at me asking me to go back to the line, until the other staff told her "she was already the front of the line". I told her "I have been staying here for 4 hours, and you asked me to go back?", and the woman rolled her eyes and argued me back :"but you got your hitch installed!" I can never imaging this is how Uhaul treated its customers. I would never ever go back to this store, and I would definitely turn to Enterprise for my next moving company. I would definitely recommend AGAINST this uhaul store to my friends. This was horrible, and this store totally deserves the bad reviews on google as written by other customers.

I personally would prefer that I received a truck with a full tank of gas as to getting a truck with 5/8 tank and then try to estimate what is needed to refill tank to that level. The staff was outstanding...courteous and extremely efficient. Would highly recommend using this location for all your U-Haul needs.

I was wrongfully charged an extra $58.00 for the day I returned the vehicle. One employee sent me on a merry go round for nearly four hours, giving me undersized storage rooms for three different times. Eventually, another one had to serve me. The same evil person billed me for an extra $58 that even included excess mileage. What will excess mileage be for? I spoke to the manager about the theft but he was making some incoherent arguments, and I had to let go/ I want the case investigated and the $58 refunded.
