$20 for dropping the vehicle off at night! Rip off. You had no different work To do than if it was during the day and you got it back early! Ended up paying over $70 for what was advertised as a $20 rental. Won’t be doing that again!

Stop the automatic phone answering!!! My appointment turned into a nightmare by not being able to talk directly to the store involved. Even after they left a message to call back. Very frustrating!!

Its expensive. You advertise a truck for 20$ and by the end of it, it's almost 100$. I dont think I will use UHaul again.

Tried to discuss my overcharge with the fellow who served me from my last trip. I was told one thing and charged another. About a $28 overcharge. When I explained, he first said he could add. I later said I'm a cashier, pretty sure I can MULTIPLY! Anyway, to no avail. Next trip I will look for other means of transport.

the van I rented was great and check out good. but when I returned at 4:45 on Saturday I was told to do my own check in on my phone because they didn't have time and head office want people to start doing it themselves. well I didn't have data to use on my phone and really just needed to get going. finally got the kid to come out and do it and then said I was done and taken care of. then the next day I got a text message saying that I needed to return the van. I called and got a nice lady I guess at corporate? and she did say that I was not checked in. This was quite disturbing to say the least, after some time with her (while I was at work) they got figured out and I did receive my invoice in my email. I have rented there a bunch of times but this turned me off a bit. Just glade I wasn't charged for more time thanks Darren

location was poorly staffed, rental system was slow, people were grouchy. we were next in line for 45 minutes because there was one kid helping someone. other employees came out and saw the massive line and did nothing. we thought we were saving time by reserving online, but you can only do so much with such a poorly organized location.

Wrong wiring was installed and substituted for the proper Honda CMF 59236 converter(which I was told did not come in and mechanic had to run an extra battery wire instead). The wiring that the mechanic ran from the battery was not secured and loose in some key areas. The exposed wiring ran by an active steering component in the front firewall area. This metal moving linkage has sharp edges could damage the wiring. Addition to that, the wiring was routed under the floor pan to the back of the vehicle, In the rear left suspension area, the wiring was placed loose over an active metal suspension component that has sharp edges and would abrade and damage the wiring during the driving fo the vehicle. I was charged $49.95 for this item. The black metal painted hitch itself was damaged and chipped in three places and the bare metal now is exposed and will rust. Because the proper wiring was not installed, the instalation that was to take 1 to 1 and a half hours took took 3 hours instead of the promised 1.5 hours. I had to cancel several appointments to accomadate this set-back. Although I called the store to verify the time(noon) as well as the parts being in, they did not disclose to me that the proper part was not shipped. Curious, the clerk, Elma told me when we went over the contract prior to starting, that a 12 volt converter would be installed to provide proper voltage and power to the trailer as the Honda had LED lighting. This obviously did not happen on this contract # 97819714. I would have gladly waited the extra day for the proper wiring to come in if I was told about this prior to the instalation. I question the intregrity and professionalism of this location. My former exployment was an automotive assembly engineer specializing in wiring. In addition, as I was waiting to be served earlier in the morning at 10 am, the customer in front of me was quite vocally upset that the proper parts for his vehicle were not in even though they were promised to be in. This location has a serious parts delivery problem. To further compound the interaction, when I returned to pick up my car, Elma, the original customer clerk was busy placing new pricing stickers on inentory at the desk and did not even acknowlege my return to take care of the bill. I had to ask to be served and at the time there was the store manager, Sam Hussey as well as three employees at the front of the store busy doing other things. I will not recommend U haul to instal your hitch based on this experience. This incomplete contract has not been resolved. Customer service is not a priority at this location. Automotive wiring standards are not being followed by this St. Catharine store on Welland Avenue. The customer in this case loses. Corporate greed wins.JD Powers Award would be a minus 1000!

Storage latch was broken. They did nothing about it. I paid a bill on July 31st of 200$ and moved my stuff out august 6th and they wouldn't reimburse me anything. Will never use this place again Awful
