Slimy move by filling up the tank halfway which is very hard for the customer. My guess is that is an actual policy of yours to generate extra revenue for either over or under versus having a full tank. Will look elsewhere in the future becauseWhat that says about the company is you don't care about the customer you only care about maximizing your profit. Make your drop off checkers do their job !! The UHAUL location at 35 york street saint catharines doesn't accept drop offs, so Why are you sending customers to the wrong location ?? Why are your employees lazy to do their job and keep sending people to further locations. Aren't you supposed to stick to what is in the contract??Idriss N.

The trailer that we rented was quite beat up and had many dents in it that were not on the â€œwalk roundâ€ photos that were supplied to us. I had to add my own photos to the report. Staff were helpful at this location.Andrew E.

Everything was good. The only issue I had was when I returned the truck late in the evening and tried to return it via the app. It would not work. So I had to come back first thing in the morning and they ended up charging me an extra $20 because of it. I wasn't happy with that. The member of staff at this location was very helpful. The service was very efficient, and she made the check-out a breeze. The attendant was very polite, caring and efficient. I did not park the trailer very well and she did not make a fuss about it. Very understanding.KAYT L.

I had no problem at all with the staff, they went above and beyond for me!!! Especially Sam the manager. However I will be lodging a full complaint about the two units that I rented!! The one unit which I kept all my furniture in my couch there was a piece about 2 inches long eaten by mice this couch I only purchased three months before I put in storage. The other unit was totally infested with mice and there was a leak in the right corner at the top all the way along the unit all the boxes were soaked and moldy all my clothes were damaged my vases were damaged and the mice had eaten through everything. There was absolutely no perishable goods in that unit there was no reason for mice to be in there!!!I am very disappointed with that I lost a lot of property that meant things to me and because of that storage unit I no longer have them.Pam P. | Overall Experience

All good at the location but central reservation sent me an email one hour before I picked up the truck to tell me that I would have to go to another location to pick it up. After a lengthy phone conversation where I requested the guaranteed reservation compensation since they had no truck for me where I booked, the second customer service that came on the line told in a very rude manner to go to where I booked it as they will take the truck from a family ...? Hopefully all of your conversations are recorded and you will find that she could surely use proper customer services when dealing with the public.Daniel G.

The mobile check in process and check out process still is a bit cumbersome. Taking and assessing damage is time consuming. If a person takes the CDW option why not waive that portion of check in.... then just take picture of dash showing mileage and gas and you are done.RENATO D.

The St. Catharines location was great no issues. But we were in Niagara Falls doing work in the falls and thought we could drop the trailer off at the Niagara Falls location since they're all uhaul. We got out and the girl there was rude to us saying you have to return to St. Catharines and she was snotty as well as bossy to us all she had to say was sorry you can't return it here and just be nice about it. I will never ever rent from the Niagara Falls location EVERMichael H.

Inside the cab of the truck is dirty. Lots of dirt, dust and pet hair. When I cleaned out the back of the truck after my use I took the leaf blower and blew out some of the dirt in the cab.Chriata T.

The line up was outside of the building. Hire more staff on busy weekends to manage the volumes. A counter staff member should not have to keep running out of the building to check mileage on vehicles being returned. Also when this happened he was the only counter rep available and there were no uhaul employees present in the store. Pretty sad. Our van was dirty,Kevin M.

I have used uhaul a number of times, this was the worst truck maintenance I ever drove. I felt unsafe and the gas milage was bad. I got in and the front dash and both side doors looked like someone spilled liquid or rain got in. After driving off the lot the and starting to load the oil change light came on. Once I was on the highway the truck was swerving all over desperately needed an alignment, worse on my way back to return with no load. I really liked the customer service inside only reason not below average. Very disappointment with the truck I received, not road worthy.Tom C.

I had no problem with your staff, but corporate Uhaul has serious booking problems. I book a truck 3 weeks in advance from this location but because your booking over booked I didnt have my reservation. UHAUL IS A JOKE. I will not use your service againFrank B.

Trucks with cruise control would be nice for long drives like the one I did. It did have an auxiliary jack for my phone however, which was greatly appreciated as only the AM function on my radio worked. I towed my vehicle behind my truck. Be prepared to pay a lot on fuel if you do the same.Bill M.

Service is great. But I think that they should prorate as well. I only had my things in for a month and a half but I had to pay another full month so I lost out on $53 because they do monthly.
