I was under the impression that I would be getting a 8x12 trailer. When I arrived to pick it up I got a smaller size trailer and was informed that was the largest they had at that location. This resulted in me not being able to haul everything that I needed. Had it been a different time I would have never picked it up. This cost me time and money. Not happyNANCY R.

Inhave used thisnolace before and I was disappointed this time. The van was filthy, the gas tank was empty, and the tire pressure alert was on. I was told the tires were fine and the tire pressure gauge was broken. When I returned the van I was told that it shouldn't have been given out to me since it needed to be professionally cleaned.Erica D.
I was actually charged 2 separate times for this Uhal pick-up truck....$199 that was agreed on & $213 once i returned it, i am expecting the second charge of $213 to COMPLETELY DROP OFF MY ACCOUNT OR IM GETTING IN TOUCH W/ MY REGIONS BANK.....i had the truck for 3 days & everyday they charged my card $22.73 & $22.74 + $199 +214 .....thats a LITTLE EXCESSIVE , so work w/ me & charge me the $199 that was agreed on ... The facility on Waters Avenue in Tampa is outstanding with one complaint. The areas where one would need to unload into the storage facility at the doors are jam packed with employee vehicles and U Haul trucks making unloading and moving into the storage unit a serious hassle. Personnel over the phone I received on Wednesday afternoon was atrocious and actually hung up. Did not listen and was not providing best practices in customer service The individual at the location Friday Morning was responsive and handling multiple customers. Customer service was horrible. The front desk lady was super rude to me. I checked in online as the printout instructed me to do and when i told that to your front desk receptionist, she got snappy and told me ..i can either check in with her or get out the way and do it by myself. The u-haul store (u-store) on linebaugh setup and reserved the truck for me, and also gave me a printout with instructions to follow prior to arrival. I was prompt with everything i was instructed to do and if i was not moving literally day of pickup, i would have just left the truck and horrible customer service t the door. The lady whom i worked with had dark hair and was shorter than the other representative. I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with neither of them. The taller representative didn't try to make it any better. Overall that was by far the worse pickup ever. The drop off was hectic but the one man handled the long line like a pro. Customer service was terrible. Equipment was below expectation. The truck needed an oil change, tire censor was lit up the whole time and the left turn signal was burned out . At the return I requested the email receipt but had to go back in order to get one. Would not recommend that location to anyone.Danail I.

From the start it was bad. They asked if I wanted 24 hour access, I said yes. They never told me this was extra. They gave me the 4 digit code but not how to use it. We setup auto payments but they did it incorrectly. So 30 days later I was told I was late and that they were going to put a lien on my truck. This was your error. I reached out 5 times to talk to the GM, this was phone and email -to date no response. I was late because they didn’t setup auto pay correctly. The employee who set this up did not have the proper training and needed to get the help from the other employee.
