The customer service rep was condescending and talks down to customers especially when I declined insurance. Upon returning another rep attempted to charge me for fuel, when it was obvious I put the appropriate amount of fuel in the truck. I have always used uhaul but after this experience I never will again.

I was informed how and where to return the truck after hours and I was still charged for an extra day. I am in the process of trying to get my money refunded to me. However the customer service worker, Ozzie, (I believe that is his name) was very helpful and polite.

Well the customer service was awesome, starting with the rep who help me get the truck, and when I return the vehicle, it has a transmission problem, also lots of smoke coming thru the muffler. But the perfect serviré was awesome thanks!

Turned in after hours. Called and was told to leave behind building. Got a snotty notification saying i should have left it up front and hooked to my personal truck. Everything was smooth just dont need the attitude. Never again uhaul. Ill use penskie from now on.

Truck had an immense dent on side, steering wheel was very loose, making it extremely unsafe to drive, had to correct trajectory all the time, or truck would steer by itself.... I only kept the truck because I was in a rush to move, or else I'd have turned it in, because it was so unsafe, and rented elsewhere.... I'm not recommending U-Haul to anyone.

Get a new General Manager. I was forced to go to this store because the location (who said they had one ready for me to pick up) where I reserved a trailer, ended up not actually having the trailer I needed. No big deal since they found one at the Waters Ave. location which was less than a 10 minute drive. I get to the new location and the GM is the one who did my contract. I quickly explained to him what the story was about them not having the trailer I reserved and he understood. He then said that the store I came from have a few of the trailers I needed, but for some reason didn't rent one to me. He sarcastically said, "this happens at that store all the time, but I'll be happy to take business from them." Now regardless of how one feels personally about anything, a GM should never display any kind of negative demeanor towards other employees or neighboring locations. I can only imagine what kind of example this GM sets for the other employees at this location when customers aren't around. Anyway, the contract is finalized and I get the trailer. I leave, go do what I had to do and finish sooner than I thought I would. I thought I was going to have to return the trailer the following morning, but I was able to drop the trailer off before the store closed. I get there are 4:50pm and it is pouring rain outside. I park in the equipment return, grab my contract, and run inside to make sure I made it in time and they would be able to receive the trailer because of it being so close to their closing hour which is 5pm on Sundays. In my head I wanted to make their job easier by closing the contract and disconnecting the trailer so that their workers wouldn't be soaked from all the rain. Immediately once I walk in the store, I am not greeted with any sort of welcoming phrase, but instead I'm greeted with an uncalled for, incredibly sarcastic and rude demeanor by the General Manager. His words were something along lines of(now mind you he is speaking to me as if I am an absolute idiot who has no idea about anything), "Yeah, you see the equipment return sign...? Yeah, did you actually read it? See how it says wait outside with equipment...? Yeah so you're gonna have to turn around and go back to your truck and I'll meet you out there." Now I fully understand it was the end of the day on a rainy Sunday and I'm sure he and his worker didn't want to be there any longer than they had to, but this is your job and you should act professionally regardless of the situation if you are the GENERAL MANAGER of a store. The fact that he immediately started to speak to me with that tone, I was irritated. I have no time to be spoken to like that by an absolute stranger, let alone one that I am giving my money to. You'd think a General Manager would welcome every single customer into their store with opens arms regardless of the time or situation, but not this guy. Once he says that, I toss the contract paperwork on the counter and walk out to my truck. He tells me I

Everything was great until I brought the vehicle back. It was extremely busy due to preparations for Irma. I was checked out with a portable device outside to help with the congestion of so many people. The receipt was emailed to me. When reviewing my receipt later I noticed I had been charged for 46 miles when I had only gone, no more than 20. I've already discussed this matter with someone at the Uhaul but no word yet as to whether or not I will be issued a refund. Makes me very reluctant to use your company again or refer you to others.

Very happy with the experience



From 1 to 10...It is a Big 10 for me and my family. I have rented at this location before and customer service has been the best! I've never had any issues with any of their equipment nor vehicles and storage space. Customer service personnel are very helpful, and knowledgeable of what is in stock. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for rentals. Thanks GM and teammates.
