I was nervous about pulling a 12’ trailer, but Debbie and the other guys made the whole experience so easy! They have such good attitudes and were friendly and helpful. I’d give them ten stars!!

I was so pleased and amazed at how CLEAN this facility is AND I was VERY HAPPY AND EXCITED about the level of SECURITY that they have!! I have used a number of storage facilities in my lifetime,—-but never have I encountered one that could hold a candle to THIS one!!

The manager at this pick up location was a "smart ass," being defensive, and claiming that I was berating her, when I was merely complaining about things (issues) that continue to happen when I am checking out equipment, that simply should not be happening, at least according to what I was told by U-Haul corporate. For instance their system states that they need to ask me if I want "Safe Move," when I have NO choice. So, WHY ASK?!?! When I say this to them, they just say that the system tells them to ask me. So, I said, then you should change the system, and they get all upset, essentially losing control, and complained to me about wanting to keep their job and do the right thing and essentially just telling me to deal with it!! NOBODY SHOULD BE A VICTIM OF A SYSTEM. Human beings can modify a system if we need to. I just want things to improve, or for U-Haul employees to show that there is effort in trying to make improvements, and to communicate clearly what is expected of me. While this manager and I simply do not get along, when I would like to use that facility for most of my needs in the future, life would be easier for both of us if U-Haul's systems and the words that come out of employee's mouth are accurate and consistent. There seems to always be issues with some part of the systems being used at the facilities for checking out equipment, which is not the fault of employees, but then causes problems, and even tension, between the U-Haul employees and the customer (myself), because of the lack of management by U-Haul as an organization. Most of what I am being told by U-Haul employees, or what has been done by the U-Haul organization do not add up, and it is exhausting having a corporate account, when I would think having a corporate account would make checking out equipment more seamless. I am just tired of telling U-Haul corporate or the U-Haul facility employees the same thing over, and over, and over, again!!! I am not saying things for no reason. There IS a reason for my statements, questions, and complaints. I'm tired of trying to change my information, phone, email, address, etc. when it should have been changed months ago, and tired of getting 5 emails for just 1 single rental! I don't need multiple receipts, I don't need multiple emails for sending feedback, etc. etc. For the love of God, get your stuff together!!! The ONLY reason I did not give this a Poor rating is because I finally have a good location (near my storage) to rent equipment from. Unfortunately, the manager of this location is much to be desired.

Debbie, the store manager, was absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for better service, great hospitality, and she was overall easy to work with. She absolutely made my day. I give her five stars. I also give the staff there five stars as well.

Picked up vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas, returned vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas, then charged $30.00 for fuel and $25.50 for 6 gallons of gas. I have proof that I purchased 3.249 gallons of gas before I returned the vehicle which was 37 miles driven.

They charged me extra even tho I put a one way trip I didn’t want to bring it back all the way and still got charged 460 for turning it in to the location I told them I wanted to drop it off at On top of the the AC was not working

Employee knowledge was lacking. Kept trying to ask questions about check-in in that I had already done online. Waited an extra 20 minutes because they couldn’t find van keys. Van was reserved a previous day and picked up at 4pm so seems like it should’ve been ready.

Had rented an appliance dolly & blankets over the phone. They hooked me up to the trailer & said I was ready to go. I’m glad I drove to the front & ask if the dolly & blankets were in the back. They had forgotten then. Then they told me they didn’t have an appliance dolly & gave me a regular instead. Ended up being a mostly wasted trip & money. Couldn’t get the appliances out of my manufactured house without it. Next day went there & it said wait in this line & a person will unhook the trailer. Had to find someone to do it. I have rented with U-Haul numerous times without trouble but this was a bust.

Debbie was SUPER helpful and kind. She explained everything to me patiently and made the move so much easier for me. The other staff members were very friendly and professional as well. My interactions with them helped ease my mind and helped me miss home a little less.

my first reservation was closed. I was told by them they would close at 5 PM at 430 nobody was around. The place was locked up, had to go to a different uhaul. told him the situation they didn't have a Dolly. So I was sent to a third U-haul dealership, which they did have it. the employees were very thoughtful and concerned about what happened, they helped me out. I got my dolly but I was not too happy about my first appointment.

Stop being deceptive about what you will charge for the rental. Tell the customer to expect another $40 added on to what they've already paid up front once they return the equipment even though it was brought back swept out and with the gas where it belonged there was still another $40 tacked on. Not cool.

Employees could not get computer systems to work. did not seem to know how to run the credit card system.. when I picked up my U-Haul is only 3/4 of a tank full. I called and informed a lady named Donna. She said to just make sure it was returned on the same level of fuel. I did. I even returned it a day early and I still did not get my deposit back. It was clean no damage less miles than expected paid over $6000 and I wanna know why I did not get my deposit back

I am military and have used uhaul services at least 5 times for every change in station and this location should be the standard for all others. The manager Debbie is what I imagine customer service use to be when everyone says it use to be amazing. She is an amazing and very intelligent, attentive manager every single question I had she answered in a way that didn’t make me feel like I was a burden. Debbie deserves a raise if not a promotion to manage multiple locations because I wish everytime I used uhaul services I had customer service like hers.

Made a reservation online. I called the customer service line to ask if I needed to add a driver did they have to be present. The representative I was speaking with said I would have to have a drivers license but they did not have to be present, I could just have a copy of it. I asked if a photo copy on my phone would work and she said yes. When I showed up to pick up my rental, I was told that they could not honor my reservation because the previous customer did not return the vehicle. I waited until they were able to find me a suitable replacement at another location. Mind you, I showed up at 10:30 am and this took about 40 minutes to figure out. I drove to the second location proceeded to try and get the rental vehicle situated. I explained to the lady what had happened. She pulled up my information and read to me the details of my rental. I had to correct her on the cost as the previous location said they would find a suitable replacement at the same price. When I tried to ask about adding a driver, I gave her the name and proceeded to show her the drivers license photo I had on my phone. She said that I could not do that, they had to be present. I explained to her that I had called customer service the day before and they told me this would work just fine. She said "customer service doesn't' have a clue on what they are doing" I said well that is not my fault, that seems to me a company issue and I again explained to her what they told me which got me no where. Overall it took me almost 2 hours to get this figured out. I don't use your business often, but this was not a personal rental this was for company use. overall not a good experience!

Very pleased with my room and the overall facility! Employees very friendly and helpful. I was building a shelf for the room I rented. My saw was giving me trouble. One of the construction workers offered his saw and even made the cut for me.

This is a new location and the building is immaculate, the worker was great. The experience was poor. 1st it is not completely online so they couldn’t take cash and to use a card the manager had to do everything manually making wait times grow. 2nd, this location is on the same street as the older location on the outskirts of town. So far in fact that I didn’t know it existed and when I requested my vehicle I thought it was at the older location. On the web site it said “far south” the other location is also south, just not far south. This difference cost me an additional $20 as the locations are 10 miles apart at 1.09/mile and the location I was trying to use is only a mile from where I was moving equipment. I have no problems with the service I received, but the difference in locals needs to be made clear when reserving, at least until people know there are multiple sires

I had reserved an Appliance Dolly which the Location did not have. I asked why I was not informed of this before I showed up to pick up the Truck and Dolly that I had reserved. I was told by the person I was speaking to that they did not do my reservation so it was not their fault. They told me that if I would go back up the road to the oher U-Haul store that they should have one. This was out of my way but I did go there. The lady in the yard told me that they had one and she showed it to me and I said great and then I told her I would load it on the truck and then come inside to do the paperwork. When I went inside the person in charge told me that I could not have that Dolly and they did not have one for me. And as I did not have a reservation with them thety did not have one that I could rent. They had about 5 of these dollies. Wearing a U-HAUL SHIRT dos not mean that they represent U-HAUL I guess. Needless to say I wound up going about 70 miles out of my way to borrow a Dolly from my In-Laws. Very disappointed with U-HAUL on this trip.
